Among the types of obstetric violence, there is a denial of the right to a companion during childbirth. All women should receive information about the right to a companion during the entire delivery. Thus, this study aimed to describe the socioeconomic profile of women who undergo prenatal follow-up and their perception of the presence of the companion during pregnancy in the Basic Health Unit of Júlia Seffer, municipality of Ananindeua, State of Pará.

Objective: to describe the experience of nursing students in the conversation with family members of children with a metal disorder at the Centro de AtençãoPsicossocialInfatoJuvenil. Data synthesis: corresponds to an experience report made by nursing academics from the University Center of João Pessoa-UNIPÊ, which was developed in May 2018 with eleven relatives in the Center for Child Psychosocial Care, located in the District of Roger, in the city of João Pessoa - PB. Methodological resources were used as dynamics and conversation wheel.

The premarital sex results in unwanted pregnancies, increased risk of HIV and sexually transmitted infections, abortions and deaths. A recent estimate by WHO shows that globally 60% of young women and 45% of youthful men have had sex before the age of 18years. In Kenya, premarital sex is reported among adolescents at the age of 12 to 23 years. However, the prevalence and risk factors are poorly understood in peri-urban settings. In addition, the capacity to manage the outcome has not been investigated.

Collisions involving aircraft and wildlife lead to huge economic losses every year. In addition, they can cause the death of people in the most serious events. Considering the relevance of the consequences caused by such a problem, the present study aimed to verify the existence of a trend of collisions involving aircraft and wildlife over time. For this, data available in the CENIPA Fauna Risk Yearbook and in the Bird strike Management System were used, and statistical analyzes were used correlating the events with different variables.

Caracterizar o perfil materno dos casos notificados de Sífilis Congênita (SC) e descrever a distribuição espacial dos casos ocorridos na zona urbana de Imperatriz (MA), no período de janeiro de 2015 a dezembro de 2016. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e ecológico, cujas unidades de análise foram os setores censitários de Imperatriz – MA, utilizando dados do Censo de 2010 do IBGE e dos registros do SINAN dos casos notificados de SC na maternidade pública de referência, no período de janeiro de 2015 a dezembro de 2016.

Avaliar as habilidades clínicas de acadêmicos de Enfermagem acerca do diagnóstico e da assistência a pacientes com tuberculose, por meio da modalidade de avaliação do Exame Clínico Objetivo Estruturado (OSCE). Metodologia: Estudo descritivo com abordagem quantitativa, realizado com 30 acadêmicos de Enfermagem do último ano de graduação e que cursavam o eixo curricular Estágio Supervisionado em Saúde Coletiva de uma universidade pública do norte do Brasil.

Objetivo: analisar a produção científica acerca do desenvolvimento de LPP provocadas por dispositivos médicos em pacientes atendidos em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, onde formulou-se a seguinte questão clínica: “Quais evidências científicas sobre o desenvolvimento de lesão por pressão ocasionadas por dispositivos médicos em pacientes da Unidades de Terapia Intensiva?”.

Orthodontic treatment can lead to accidents and complications. Among these, problems may arise from orthodontic treatment in endodontic problems, and therefore analyzing the relationship of both specialties is important. Some studies have shown that there is a relationship between such biological reactions after orthodontic movement. Given these assumptions, this study addressed through a literature review, the relationship of periodontal biological reactions to orthodontic movements, highlighting the external root resorption.

O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi identificar os fatores de riscos para desenvolvimento das Lesões por Esforços Repetitivos (LER), e os Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionado ao Trabalho (DORT) em acadêmicos de uma instituição de superior privado. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, do tipo descritivo com uma abordagem quantitativa dos dados, realizada cm 70 acadêmicos de ambos os sexos devidamente matriculados no curso de Fisioterapia do 7 e 8 períodosde uma instituição de ensino superior privado. Quantos aos resultados, observou-se que 75,71% eram do sexo feminino.

Objective: To identify the factors associated with the severity of dental cavity experience among teenagers. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study conducted among 600 teenagers (10-16 years). The dependent variable – severity of the dental cavity - was classified in three categories: no dental cavity experience (DMFT = 0), low dental cavity experience (DMFT <4) and high dental cavity experience (DMFT = 4). The independent variables were grouped according to the theoretical model adapted from Andersen and Davidson (1997).
