This qualitative inquiry examines the issue of organizational paranoia as well as its interplay on the productivity of Deposit Money Banks (DMB). It carefully reviewed and explored the literature on the construct variables, which provided a compendium of knowledge that acted as the bases for which findings, conclusion, and recommendations were proffered.
The success of a service oriented organization mostly depends on the level of customers’ satisfaction. This study assesses the customer satisfaction of telecommunication companies in Bangladesh. The study used 400 samples from the capital city, Dhaka and a metropolitan city, Barisal of Bangladesh. A structured questionnaire following SERVQUAL model was used to generate data. At first, factor analysis technique is used to identify the most influential factors and then regression analysis is used to estimate the relationship between factors and the level of customer satisfaction.

Anxiety in the blood cough will cause the client to withstand coughing with the effort to make the blood cough not much out. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between compliance, officers’ support and the role of family with the anxiety level of lung TB clients who experience the history of Hemoptysis. This type of research is analytical observational research with cross sectional design.

Le diagnostic est souvent fortuità l’occasion d’un examen thoracique fait pour d’autres affections ou en présence de manifestations cliniques tardives, des signes de retentissement sur les organes de voisinage. Lorsqu’elle devient symptomatique le traitement chirurgical est indiqué afin d’éviter des complications.
Objective: This study measured the cortisol levels of professional athletes during a CrossFit® championship. Then, it evaluated the physiological response caused by cortisol. Increased cortisol levelsmay interfere with the athletes’ performance and muscle recovery. Materials and Methods: A prospective observational cross-sectional study was performed with a sample of eight female professional athletes, aged between 20 and 34 years, enrolled in the 2017 Brazil CrossFit Championship (TCB), held in Valinhos, state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Objective: To identify nursing care technologies for the elderly with chronic non-communicable diseases. Methods: integrative literature review consisting of six steps. Data collection took place in May 2019, in the PUBMED, LILACS and BDENF databases, with the descriptors "Technology", "Chronic Disease", "Nursing Care" and "Elderly", delimited by the Boolean operator "AND". For the international databases, the corresponding descriptors in Medical Subject Headings were used.
Introduction: The number of disabilities due to age is expected to double by 2060. In this scenario, the development of sarcopenia is an important risk factor for the development of frailty, loss of independence and physical disability in the elderly and is associated with lower survival in critically ill patients. In this sense, the decline in fat-free mass correlates with the decline associated with the age of growth hormone (GH) secretion. Thus, GH secretagogue (MK-677) as the first orally active ghrelin mimetic may increase pulsatile GH secretion in the elderly.
The kidneys are essential organs for controlling the concentrations of various substances in the body fluids. Renal vascularization occurs through branches from the abdominal aorta artery, the renal arteries being the main and accessory, and these may have anatomical variations. The present work aims to perform a literature review on the incidence of accessory polar arteries, through data collected in articles and anatomy books.

Introdução: a precariedade do saneamento básico é outra triste realidade de impacto ambiental, que necessita ser abordada com veemência. O saneamento básico é garantido pela Lei Federal 11.445/07, que a define como o conjunto de serviços, infraestruturas e instalações de abastecimento de água, esgotamento sanitário, limpeza urbana e manejo de resíduos sólidos, bem como pertinente a drenagem de águas pluviais urbanas. A precariedade deste serviço pode estar correlacionada a diversos problemas de saúde. Objetivo: Analisar as publicações sobre saneamento básico relacionado à saúde.
