Advances and challenges in the organization of primary care care practices: An integrative review

This study aimed to identify the advances and challenges in the organization of primary care care practices in the last decade. For this, an integrative literature review was performed in the databases BDENF, LILACS, SCIELO, SCOPUS and COCHRANE. As a result, 43 articles were found, of which only 9 met the inclusion criteria. After a thorough analysis of the content of each study, the advances indicated by the review were: multidisciplinary and integrated care, willingness to improve care and holistic treatment of the patient.

O significado do cuidado no processo de parturição na voz de quem é cuidada

Este estudo buscou compreender o significado atribuído, pela mulher, ao cuidado prestado pelos profissionais de saúde durante o processo de parturição. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, envolvendo uma maternidade pública de São Luís, Maranhão, no período de outubro a dezembro de 2014, com 27 puérperas. Para a coleta de dados foi realizada uma entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram organizados por meio da Análise de Conteúdo e analisados a luz do Interacionismo Simbólico. Dos resultados emergiram as categorias: Cuidado emocional, Cuidado Clínico e Descuidado.

Profile of epidemiological development of suicide by hanging in Brazil

Suicide is a complex and universal human phenomenon consisting of self-injury to a fatal degree, associated with social, biological, psychiatric, socioeconomic and cultural factors. Given as a public health problem, proper attention to those susceptible to suicide becomes important. Hanging is one of the most frequent ways of committing suicide. Objetives: the objective was to delineate an epidemiological profile of the act for a better understanding of the risks associating them with specific populations, causology and consequences.

Pharmacotherapetic analysis of users of a psychosocial care

The use of psychotropic drugs has increased in recent decades, and this growth can be attributed to the higher frequency of diagnoses of psychiatric disorders in the population, the introduction of new drugs in the pharmaceutical market and the new pharmacotherapeutic indications. The objective of this study was to analyze the pharmacotherapeutic profile of users seen at the Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS I) in the city of Redenção - CE. Thus, it was a cross-sectional descriptive and documentary analysis study with a quantitative approach.

Qualidade de vida no trabalho: uma analise da sindrome de burnout e a aplicabilidade da legislação BRASILEIRA

A sindrome de burnout é causada pela prolongada exposição a situações de estresse que chega a causar o desequilíbrio físico e psicológico do indivíduo, tem sido motivo de crescentes preocupações no meio organizacional, pois vem aumentando o número de trabalhadores quedesenvolvem tal doença psíquica, causando absenteísmo e resultando em frequentes custos para as empresas.

A comparative study to assess the effectiveness of infra red radiation and insulin dressing in healing of diabetic ulcer foot in a selected health care setting-Tamilnadu

Diabetes is the common health problem in worldwide, diabetes may begin at the early ages and it affects both the gender. Undetected or untreated diabetes leads to multisystem complications. One among the major visible complication is diabetic ulcer foot. This study assessed compared and evaluated the effect of infra-red radiation application and insulin dressing in the healing of diabetic foot ulcer and also studied the influence of extraneous variables. The study was conducted at selected medical college hospital, Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu-India.

Causes of neonatal (newborn) deaths related to health service in Baghdad

The aim of the research was to conduct an analytical study of mortality at Alwaiya Children Teaching Hospital (ACTH) in Baghdad governoratefrom June 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, in order to find the ratio of general mortality to total acceptability. The results shown that 790 neonatal were death 53.19% from 1485 neonatal, the infection disease was 841 neonatal, 56.63% of all neonatal admitted to the hospital, and that 497 of the deceased's neonatal had an infection disease was 62.9% of the total death, however, respiratory disease was 295 neonatal, 37.34% of the total.

Care for children and adolescents victims of violence in primary health care

Introduction: Medical residency programs should ensure the means of learning and applicability within the Unified Health System, in addition, to instigate the expectation of improvements in integral care and continued health of the population and in particular children and Adolescent victims of violence. Objective: To compare the quality of primary health care services in the category of violence against children and adolescents in health units without and with the Medical Residence Program in Family Health.
