Concepção dos profissionais atuantes no sistema único de saúde sobre o funcionamento da rede de atenção à saúde

O objetivo deste trabalho consistiu em analisar a concepção de profissionais atuantes no Sistema Único de Saúde sobre o funcionamento da Rede de Atenção à Saúde. Trata-se de um estudo observacional, descritivo, de corte transversal, com abordagem qualitativa. Os participantes da pesquisa foram os profissionais atuantes no Sistema Único de Saúde em um município do interior do Ceará, Brasil. Para coleta de dados, foi realizada entrevista semi-estruturada utilizando roteiro previamente elaborado. Para a análise e organização de dados adotou-se a categorização temática de Minayo.

Inovação aberta e gestão do conhecimento como direcionadores da competitividade nas organizações

Este trabalho objetivou apresentar um modelo metodológico para avaliar os comportamentos, participações e efetividades dos usuários geração de inovações mercado de seguros brasileiro. Justifica-se a partir da constatação de que atualmente este mercado representa 1,5% do produto interno bruto (PIB) e, no fato de que esta representatividade está atrelada aos processos de inovações que historicamente, neste mercado, acompanham os surgimentos de novos bens ou necessidades de proteção de empresas e pessoas.

Majorapproaches of blood transfusion in polytraumatized patients: A systematic review

Introduction: Experimental Clinical studies have shown that loss of up to 75% of red cell mass can be tolerated as long as it kept the blood volume. However, blood volume loss of about 30% are fatal. The initial attention in patients with bleeding should be given to maintain blood volume and oxygen transport. Objective: Review and discussion of literature findings blood transfusion (blood components gradient) in polytrauma patients. Methods: The model followed for the review was PRISMA.

Association between health-related physical fitness and sociodemographic factors in Brazilian children and adolescents

Adequate levels of health-related physical fitness form the basis for healthy growth and development in childhood and adolescence. This study aimed to describe and investigate possible associations between the components of health-related physical fitness, with sociodemographic factors of children and adolescents from seven to 14 years old. This is a descriptive, ex post facto study with a quantitative approach.

Plateletpheresis - challenges in acquisition and sensitization of donors: narrative literature review

Objective: Apheresis platelet donation is the donation of a blood component extracted using a collecting machine, which separates the blood components by centrifugation, allowing for the selective collection of one or more of its components. Materials and Methods: The study was a narrative literature review with a qualitative approach. Searches were performedat databases on the theme acquisition of family of donors of blood and blood components through the descriptors extracted from the Health Sciences Descriptors (MeSH,DeCS) in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

The importance of early diagnosis and self-examination in oral cancer: a systematic review

Introduction: The impact of oral cancer (OC) on patients, their families, and the community is high, with severe morbidity and mortality. The most common types are squamous cell, squamous cell, and squamous cell carcinoma, which correspond to 90% to 95%. oforal cancer cases. Objective: To discuss through a systematic review the profile of patients diagnosed and susceptible to oral cancer, as well as to present the main results of clinical studies in the context of prevention, early diagnosis, and self-examination.

Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) resistance of cement mortar made with treated domestic waste water

This article provides the effectiveness of the cement mortar mixes prepared with Treated Domestic waste Water (TDW). At first phase, the experimental study has been taken place on effective replacement of portable water with treated domestic waste water. The treated water was used in the cement mortar mixes with various dosages of 0,25,50,75 and 100%. In the second phase for effective replacement mix, the resistance of Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is studied and it is used with various concentrations of 0, 1,2,3,4 and 5%.

Content analysis of mycology in high school biology textbooks used at the nossa senhora da conceição state college (censc) in the municipality of Miguel Calmon / Ba

The aim of this paper is to analyze the content and illustrations of fungi in high school biology textbooks used at the Nossa Senhora da Conceição State High School (CENSC) in Miguel Calmon /BA. The analysis of the three textbooks used by the high school students (1st, 2nd and 3rd years) of CENSC plus two collections, regarding the presence of the theme Fungi, having as evaluation criteria: number of pages, characterization of the fungi, importance of fungi, fungal-related images, and additional parts for teachers and students.

Prevalence of suicidal risks in undergraduate students: are we facing a public health problem?

Objective: Admission to a university is a period of significant change and exposure to stressors that may raise emotional vulnerabilities and in some cases lead to suicide risk. The aim of the present study was identify the prevalence of behaviors of suicidal rich in undergraduate students of a municipal institution of higher education. Methods: A descriptive-exploratory cross-sectional study, carried out which 300 undergraduate students in the courses of a Higher Education Institution, Catanduva, Brazil.

Analysis of return and storage of automotive batteries in an authorized dealer, a problem of reverse logistics

Reverse logistics works in order to dispose of batteries to the entire region in order to facilitate the flow of automotive batteries and waste to minimize incorrect disposal. When improperly neglected, the components in the battery, such as lead and sulfuric acid solution, can cause serious problems in the environment, and in humans.
