To have a satisfactory, attractive, pleasant and contextualized learning with a focus on the student, the teacher must reflect on new teaching methodologies, such as the use of pedagogical games. Educational games have been used frequently in classrooms for some time, as a resource that can bring excellent results. As an example of games, we can cite the game mancala.

The resilience factors for nursing staff professionals in mental health work

Objective: To present the factors in the construction of the resilience of nursing professionals working in mental health care units. Method: the descriptive qualitative study that addressed, based on semi-structured interviews, nursing technicians working in mental health care institutions. Results: in view of professional performance in mental health, work satisfaction, spirituality, affective bonds established in working practice with users were characterized as resilience factors. care of people with mental disorders, in addition to social networks supporting the professional.

Women's health in the amazon context: development of educational technology “women, health care"

Objective: This study aims to build an educational technology for health education on women's health care in the Amazonian context. Materials and Methods: The construction of the Technology took place in two moments: Contextualization and Production. Service quality assessment on telecommunication industry: a lesson from Bangladesh

The success of a service oriented organization mostly depends on the level of customers’ satisfaction. This study assesses the customer satisfaction of telecommunication companies in Bangladesh. The study used 400 samples from the capital city, Dhaka and a metropolitan city, Barisal of Bangladesh. A structured questionnaire following SERVQUAL model was used to generate data. At first, factor analysis technique is used to identify the most influential factors and then regression analysis is used to estimate the relationship between factors and the level of customer satisfaction.

Anxiety level of client with lung tuberculosis experiencing with hemoptycis
