Introdução: A “multimodalidade” é recente na Fonoaudiologia. Pode ser considerada parte constituinte da linguagem, referindo-se às modalidades de uso da lingual (gem), como gesto e olhar, na interação. Objetivo: Apresentar um panorama das pesquisas sobre multimodalidade em Fonoaudiologia. O ponto de partida são os trabalhos de Cavalcante (2017), que apresentam uma proposta adaptada de McNeill (2008)e Kendon (2009). Pretende-se verificar como o tema da multimodalidade tem repercutido no âmbito do setting terapêutico fonoaudiológico.

In the search for diversification of income sources and in order to reduce their tasks, producers have adopted agricultural mechanization in cotton production in the western cotton zone. Despite the growing interest of producers for this crop, few results exist on agricultural mechanization as practiced by producers in order to sustain the activity. The present study aims to know the agricultural production equipment in order to ensure the sustainability of the production systems in Burkina Faso.

Introdução: As IST’s são agravos de ampla importância para a saúde pública com maior procura por atendimentos nos serviços de saúde para tratar decorrentes sequelas das IST’s em ambos os sexos. O reconhecimento dos dados epidemiológicos é pertinente para que possa ser desenvolvidas medidas de controle e interrupção da cadeia de transmissão de forma positiva. Objetivo geral: Verificar os Comportamentos Sexuais de risco para Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis em Adolescentes.

The Instituto de Pesquisas Energéticas e Nucleares (IPEN) is today responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals for 80% of nuclear medicine procedures in Brazil. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of different radiopharmaceutical demands on IPEN production. The methodology used in this study is based on the system dynamics simulation paradigm, combined with empirical data obtained from the institutions and regulatory authorities.

The oil business carries a high level of risk and requires significant financial capital. A large part of this capital is channeled by international oil companies whose main objective is to renew their reserves and guarantee a competitive return. It is therefore important in the definition and negotiation of oil contracts to understand the risky nature of the oil business, the different sources of risk and the ability of the various parties to ensure such a risk.

In this present study, a fresh water heterocystous cyanobacterium Calothrix parietina WSU11 was obtained from the department of Biology, Wolaita Sodo University, Wolaita Sodo, Ethiopia. The purity of the obtained cyanobacterium was analyzed by streaking plate and microscopically. The purified cyanobacterium C. parietinaWSU11 was further cultured at mass level under laboratory conditions.

In this review paper, the role of fish as bio indicators is discussed. No other aquatic organism is suitable for the application of so many different methods which allow the evaluation of the severity of toxic impacts by determining the accumulation of toxicants in tissues, by using histological and haematological approaches or by detecting morphological anomalies. Due to its complex habitat requirements, the fish fauna is a crucial indicator of the ecological integrity of aquatic systems at different scales, from microhabitat to catchment.

O mercado mundial de flores e plantas ornamentais encontra-se em plena fase de expansão. A floricultura brasileira vem adquirindo notável desenvolvimento e se caracteriza como um dos mais promissores segmentos da horticultura intensiva no contexto do agronegócio nacional. Com o propósito de melhorar a qualidade das flores, o presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a influência da aplicação de diferentes concentrações de potássio e magnésio no desenvolvimento de plantas de crisântemo (Dendranthema grandiflora, Tzevelev.) cultivados em vasos.

This study aimed to analyze the health and environment aspects of the rural area that influence the quality of health in Teresina, Piaui, Brazil. This study was characterized as a reflective descriptive research of direct observation experience report. The participant observation study was conducted by health professionals who work in the primary health care of the Family Health Strategy within the community and carry out research studies in the rural area. The participant observation period was held in 2018, with various activities within the community.
