Le changement climatique est un phénomène social planétaire et pluridisciplinaire. Il est indéniable que les sciences naturelles ont démontré l’existence et l’origine anthropique du dérèglement climatique. Cependant, depuis lors, cette question n’a plus été exclusivement réservée aux sciences naturelles, les disciplines de sciences sociales abordent et explorent différemment ce phénomène pour répondre aux interrogations multiples et variées.

This paper analyses the cyclical impact of agricultural productivity shock on macroeconomic fluctuations in West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) in order to determine its nature covering the period of 1960 to 2021. The study aimed to analyze the mediating impact of family support on the relationship of work-family conflict (WFC) with job satisfaction among nurses working in private and government hospitals in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Nurses were asked some questions that were structured, and responses were recorded on a 5-point Likert scale. A total of 584 responses were analyzed using different tools (SPSS-22, SmartPLS 4.0) and techniques (descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, partial least square).
