Introduction: Obstructive Sleep Apnea Obstructive Syndrome (OSA) is a common sleep disorder, characterized by a complete or partial obstruction of the uper airways, which causes choking, loud snoring and frequent awakenings. The ocular manifestations associated with the syndrome are glaucoma, optic neurophaty, corneal (dry eye) and lid alterations. The study of these associations leads to a better therapeutic aproach and the prevention of potencially harmful complicactions to patients sight.
