Reliability of Artificial Intelligence in Ophthalmic Anesthesia

Chat GPT, which stands for Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer, is a large language model–based chatbot developed by Open AI and launched on November 30, 2022, which enables users to refine and steer a conversation towards a desired length, format, style, and level of detail, and language used. It enables the user to get answers to any questions including medical questions. In our study it was seen that the opinion given by the AI based on our input is reliable to the extent of 95% i.e. comparable to human beings.

DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY DISORDERS IN THYROID PATIENTS

This study was done to assess medication adherence, awareness in thyroid patients and to evaluate the depression and anxiety in thyroid patients using depression and anxiety scales. A randomised observational study was conducted, in the primary health care centres and through direct visits to homes in Hanamkonda for a period of 6 months. In the overall study we collected 406 thyroid patients' data in this 305 were hypothyroidism and 101 were hyperthyroidism. The total data was analysed using the scoring system to find out the ranges.

Need for cognition and psychological well-being among late adolescents

Adolescents' psychological well-being means being content with life, understanding an abundance of positive emotions, and acting as a buffer against negative results. Adolescents should build strong relationships, adapt to change, and face life’s challenges. Need for Cognition focuses on how adolescents process, store, and apply information about themselves and social situations. Late adolescence is a period in the human lifespan that encompasses less physical development and more cognitive development.

La problématique du genre se pose de nos jours avec plus d’acuité. Elle est d’autant plus sérieuse dans les établissements de formation de jeunes qui viennent des horizons différents qui ont une approche tolérante, moyennement tolérante ou pas du tout. Et même si la société occidentale, notamment française avec la loi du « mariage pour tous » a permis des avancées favorables à l’endroit des minorités sexuelles, on ne peut pas dire que cette tendance soit homogène.

COMPREENDENDO A SÍNDROME DE KABUKI: APRESENTAÇÃO CLÍNICA E CONSIDERAÇÕES DIAGNÓSTICAS ATRAVÉS DE UM RELATO DE CASO

A Síndrome de Kabuki é uma desordem genética rara que se caracteriza pela presença de anomalias congênitas e deficiência cognitiva. Essa síndrome é conhecida pelas cinco características fundamentais, chamadas de pêntade de Niikawa. Embora não existam exames genéticos ou laboratoriais específicos para confirmar o diagnóstico, as alterações craniofaciais são frequentemente utilizadas como base para identificar a síndrome. Neste contexto, esse presente trabalho tem objetivo de relatar o caso de uma criança que foi encaminhada a um serviço especializado para tratamento.

THE ROOTS OF STRESS ARE NOT INDIVIDUAL: GROUNDED-THEORY BASED INTERVENTIONAL MODEL FOR NURSES

The use of Grounded Theory is growing in nursing research, as a scientifically rigorous method that allows giving meaning to situations experienced by human beings and creating a theory based on data from these experiences. To propose an intervention model for occupational stress in nurses working in Urgency and Emergency Care Services, it was used a qualitative approach based on Symbolic Interactionism and Grounded Theory as theoretical and methodological frameworks, respectively.

INTERNSHIP CLINICAL PERFORMANCE OF CLINICAL OFFICERS IN SELECTED HOSPITALS IN WESTERN KENYA

Internship is at the epicentre of skill development by clinical officers prior to full time employment. There have been challenges befalling the clinical performance from the newly graduated clinical officers. Clinical internship being the transitional period to enhance clinical officers’ competencies this has been challenging to new clinical officers. It is important for clinical officers to master taking of patient’s history, performingphysical examination, making diagnosis and offering treatments. However, this is still challenging to newly graduated clinical officers.

A STUDY TO ASSESS QUALITY OF NURSING CARE BY NURSING AUDIT AMONG STAFF NURSES IN SELECTED HOSPITALS OF GANDHINAGAR

A cross-sectional study was conducted on a study to assess quality of nursing care by nursing audit among staff nurses in selected hospitals of Gandhinagar. The ‘general system model’ was used as conceptual framework. A quantitative approach with cross-sectional study design was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The sample size consisted of 50 staff nurses from selected hospitals of Gandhinagar. The non-probability convenient sampling technique was used to collect the samples.

The investigator used random sampling technique for selecting 30 samples. To assess the effectiveness of respiratory care bundle on dyspnoea patients. ENTERAL NUTRITION FOR BEDRIDDEN ELDERLY IN INFORMAL CARE: CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

This review study analyzes the perception of informal caregivers about care with enteral nutrition in bedridden elderly at home, aiming to propose educational activities and improvements in care processes. With the aging of the population and the increase in chronic noncommunicable diseases, comprehensive health care for the elderly becomes a priority. Primary Health Care and Home Care play a key role in this context. Enteral nutritional therapy is commonly used in bedridden patients, and it is up to health professionals to guide caregivers about its correct administration.
