This article presents a project of an FSS for applications in wireless local area network (WLAN). Two dielectric substrates were used in the process of manufacturing FSS filters, such as: Fiberglass (F-R4) and glass. The dielectric properties of the substrates were experimentally characterized. Simulated and measured results for the proposed structures were presented and discussed, where a good agreement between them was observed. The results showed that the two FSS projected covered the WLAN frequency range (IEEE 802.11a and IEEE 802.11b).

The compression for sending images with REST API to provide a better response time. Applied to bibliographic research to understand the concepts included in the work, descriptive research to clarify the methods used and exploratory research to develop a REST API based on another product. With the above, it was possible to evaluate the performance of the REST API for the transmission of images.

This article aims to compare the performance of the Node.js development platform. with the PHP and .Net Core platforms, in addition to demonstrating the internal workings of the Node.js platform, which uses V8 engineering, the same used in the Google browser, to compile the Javascript language, whose compilation time is translated into the machine language with the JIT engine. Three applications were developed to compare the speed and operation of requests for each of them, in addition to the time for each request and the total time spent.

The analysis of the physical, chemical and microbial properties of vintage premium table water in Elele Rivers State of Nigeria were studied for its level of compliance with Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) specifications for drinking water quality for over some years and seasons. The comprehensive water analysis were done over the years by certified public analytical companies and establishments.

Este trabalho vislumbra analisar o teletrabalho a partir do processo de reestruturação capitalista e das experiências de diferentes tipos de teletrabalhadores, de modo a melhor refletir sobre as reais possibilidades de “teletrabalhar” em um país de industrialização tardia como o nosso. Objetivo: Investigar as dificuldades de acessibilidade enfrentadas pelas famílias de crianças e adolescentes com doença crônica na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método. Pesquisa qualitativa, realizada com dez familiares de crianças e adolescentes com doença crônica na Paraíba/Brasil. Entre março e junho de 2015, utilizou-se entrevista semiestruturada para coleta de material empírico, sendo organizado e interpretado pela análise temática.

Objetivo: O coração é um órgão vital para os seres humanos que pode ser acometido por várias disfunções, sendo o eletrocardiograma um exame fácil para detecção de alterações cardíacas. Este estudo teve como objetivo determinar a eficiência do algoritmo JRip, na classificação dos tipos de arritmia através de exames eletrocardiogramasgravados (ECG). Metodologia: Foram realizados exames de ECG em 452 sujeitos que alimentou o banco com 279 atributos e 16 variáveis classificatórias dos tipo de arritmia.

The indicators of thermal stress for ruminants are described according to the magnitude of the meteorological elements, physiological, behavioral adjustments, and productive response. This research was conducted to evaluate the ingestive behavior and phenotypic plasticity of Girolando heifers subjected to continuous grazing in the semiarid of Pernambuco. Three heifers of 7/8 Dutch-Gir genetic composition were evaluated, submitted to a paddock with 40 x 40 m brachiaria, for 21 days.

This article provides the effectiveness of the cement mortar mixes prepared with Treated Domestic waste Water (TDW). At first phase, the experimental study has been taken place on effective replacement of portable water with treated domestic waste water. The treated water was used in the cement mortar mixes with various dosages of 0,25,50,75 and 100%. In the second phase for effective replacement mix, the resistance of Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is studied and it is used with various concentrations of 0, 1,2,3,4 and 5%.
