The article summarizes the relationships introduced by Purdea [1] and Goghen [2]. Goghen gives a summary of L - the relationships examined by Salius and the fuzzy relations of Zade and Purdea - of all known other types of relations. The terminology of Wagner [5] and Bourbaki [6] is used.
Several destinations can be given as the final disposal of municipal solid waste, however the most appropriate is the one carried out in landfills. However, municipal solid waste is not always receiving an adequate form of final destination, being discarded in dumps, which are old and recurrent practices in Brazilian municipalities, which is based on the dumping of waste in inappropriate places and without any treatment, which has caused environmental, economic, social and public health impacts.
Importance of the forest sector in the potential of attracting people. In this work, a modification of Newton's gravitational model was performed to determine the attraction potential of people in cities. It was proposed to add weights, defined by variables that make up the agricultural sector, which allowed us to identify the importance of each sector segment. Through the proposed modeling, it was identified that the Nominal Value of Forest Production presented the greatest potential for attracting people in the municipalities of the Second Parana plateau region.
This article aimed to analyze the precipitations and flows of the Manacapuru Hydrographic Basin and possible hydrological impacts caused by the el Niňo and La Niňa climatic phenomena on it, with the objective of providing subsidies for the formulation of public policies for the management of water resources and policies that favor the development of the sustainable economic activities of the municipality.
Urban solid waste management (RSU) is one of the biggest challenges in city management, while demand for electricity increases worldwide. Economically viable, socially fair and environmentally balanced solutions to such challenges need to be sought. Waste can no longer be seen as rejecting and being seen as an energy resource. The generation of energy through landfill waste is an alternative to the installation of new plants for energy production, can reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and also generate new jobs in the process.
The article discusses the common errors, the misconceptions and the problems related to the topic of comparing fractions and methods of teaching them. The following research is based on the qualitative approach which aims at examining the existing problems and ways of addressing them. The researcher discovered the significance of the conceptual instruction of the concept itself and the usage of the research methods, while avoiding indoctrinating the subject and using the ritual approach.
The absence of diagnostic tools to determine the maturity level of Knowledge Management in small and medium media is detected. The level of maturity, for use, use of an instrument for data collection. Each data collection allows to diagnose or measure the use of tools and practices in the Processes, Technology and People Knowledge Management dimensions. Following a sequence of these diagnoses, one can then determine the level of maturity of this organization.
The Bili-Bili Reservoir, which is one of the largest reservoirs in South Sulawesi Province, is located in the middle of the Jeneberang watershed and was inaugurated in 1999. This reservoir is a multipurpose reservoir built with the purpose of flood control, fulfillment of irrigation water needs, raw water supply and hydroelectric power plant. The Bili-Bili multipurpose reservoir was built with the intention of controlling damaged power, optimizing the management and utilization of water resources in the upper reaches of the Jeneberang Das.
Na atualidade, vive-se momentos em que muitas pessoas no mundo apreciam o valor da atividade física; o envolvimento ao longo da vida em atividade física é considerado não apenas valioso, mas também necessário para a saúde e o bem-estar. Apenas as escolas, principalmente por meio da Educação Física (EF), têm o processo institucional e o potencial de socializar e educar todas as crianças e jovens para uma vida inteira de envolvimento ativo na atividade física. No entanto, para que as escolas ofereçam uma educação completa, elas devem ter programas ativos de esportes e educação física.
Syphilis is caused by Treponema pallidum bacterium. The precocious detection of the infection is possible with treponemal and non-treponemal tests that contribute to the implementation of public health policies. The aim of this study is to investigate the prevalence of syphilis in a city of the south of Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is characterized as an observational, retrospective and quantitative study accomplished between 2013 and 2018. The data were obtained from Sistema de Informação Nacional de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN - National Reporting Disease Informational System).
