The objective of this work was to show data on how there is an association of climatic factors and air pollution influence hospitalizations due to respiratory diseases in individuals in the city of Manaus. An ecological study of indicators, hospitalization and deaths was conducted during a few months from 2013 to 2015. It was observed that precipitation has a strong influence on the number of hospitalizations. The data presented are expected to be used to assess the impact of meteorological variables and air pollutants on the city's human health.

Aim: was to relate orofacial pain and TMD with a high negative impact on quality of life indices, to observe and report the possible reduction of the impact in these same indexes with the initial treatment. A longitudinal and quantitative study was developed in a sample of 48 patients previously screened for Orofacial Pain and/or TMD who were starting treatment at the Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of TMJ (CDATM) at Tuiuti University of Paraná. They were evaluated in relation to the negative impact on quality of life using the OHIP-14 questionnaire.

The use of agricultural techniques such as irrigation promotes physiological responses capable of significantly altering the growth, development and yield of maize, but water should be used in the appropriate amount for cultivation. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate physiological and productive responses of maize submitted to water levels.

In this paper, alternatives in calculating double integrals will be used instead of the direct difficult known methods.

L’école Burkinabè, à l’instar de nombreux systèmes éducatifs africains, a réussi, à travers la mise en œuvre de l’Education Pour Tous (EPT), à améliorer l’accès à l’éducation. La politique d’éducation inclusive a favorisé la scolarisation des enfants en situation de handicap. Cependant, la qualité de l’offre éducative en général reste une préoccupation pour les acteurs. L’objectif de cette recherche est d’analyser la qualité de l’éducation inclusive en interrogeant les conditions d’apprentissages des enfantsvivant avec un handicap visuel dans la ville de Ouagadougou.

Este artigo trata da Leishmaniose Tegumentar Americana, que é uma doença tropical de notificação compulsória que representa um problema de saúde pública mundial. Aborda de forma explicativa suas características, formas clínicas e ainda faz um resumo acerca de sua fisiopatologia. A apresentação clínica da doença pode variar em características e a progressãopode levar a deformidades e mutilação permanente.Os medicamentos utilizados no tratamento são de extrema toxicidade, assim, torna-se ainda mais importante a prevenção.

Este estudo objetivou analisar o impacto do surgimento das estrias na autoestima de mulheres. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, realizado com 20 participantes do sexo feminino, com idade entre 20 a 40 anos. Para coleta dos dados aplicou-se um questionário online contendo 9 perguntas de múltipla escolha. Para analisar os dados utilizou-se a técnica de Análise de Conteúdo Temática Categorial.

Introdução: A “multimodalidade” é recente na Fonoaudiologia. Pode ser considerada parte constituinte da linguagem, referindo-se às modalidades de uso da lingual (gem), como gesto e olhar, na interação. Objetivo: Apresentar um panorama das pesquisas sobre multimodalidade em Fonoaudiologia. O ponto de partida são os trabalhos de Cavalcante (2017), que apresentam uma proposta adaptada de McNeill (2008)e Kendon (2009). Pretende-se verificar como o tema da multimodalidade tem repercutido no âmbito do setting terapêutico fonoaudiológico.

In the search for diversification of income sources and in order to reduce their tasks, producers have adopted agricultural mechanization in cotton production in the western cotton zone. Despite the growing interest of producers for this crop, few results exist on agricultural mechanization as practiced by producers in order to sustain the activity. The present study aims to know the agricultural production equipment in order to ensure the sustainability of the production systems in Burkina Faso.

Introdução: As IST’s são agravos de ampla importância para a saúde pública com maior procura por atendimentos nos serviços de saúde para tratar decorrentes sequelas das IST’s em ambos os sexos. O reconhecimento dos dados epidemiológicos é pertinente para que possa ser desenvolvidas medidas de controle e interrupção da cadeia de transmissão de forma positiva. Objetivo geral: Verificar os Comportamentos Sexuais de risco para Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis em Adolescentes.
