Development of a web application for process automation for the Veterinary Pathology Sector of Centro Universitário do espírito Santo

The article discusses the development of a web application for the veterinary pathology department at the University Centre of Espírito Santo, motivated by the need to modernize and automate the process of managing diagnostic records. The aim was to create a digital system that would replace manual methods, providing greater agility and precision in the management of information. To this end, applied research methodologies were employed, with meetings held with professionals in the field of Veterinary Medicine to align the requirements and validate the functionalities developed.

Malware Analysis and Detection Techniques

As the digital landscape evolves, the sophistication and frequency of malware attacks have escalated, necessitating advanced methodologies for their detection, analysis, and defence. This research delves into state-of-the-art techniques and innovative strategies that are shaping the future of malware combat. We explore the application of deep learning and artificial intelligence in identifying and classifying malware, emphasizing the role of adversarial machine learning in enhancing detection resilience.

Development of Solar Evaporative Cooling System

Significant challenges are presented by global warming, which is caused by rising levels of carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx), and other pollutants. As global temperatures rise, finding sustainable cooling solutions becomes crucial. Solar evaporative cooling systems offer a promising alternative. These systems utilize renewable solar energy, reducing dependence on fossil fuels, and consume significantly less electricity compared to traditional vapor compression refrigeration-based air conditioners (VCRC).

Microstructure evolution and electrochemical corrosion behavior of api x70 line pipe steel in differ

Pipeline steels play a critical role in applications such as oil and gas transmission, offshore drilling, and pressure vessels. To enhance their mechanical properties and provide better atmospheric corrosion protection, various heat treatment procedures are employed. In this study, we focus on X70 pipeline steel and investigate how altering its microstructure through heat treatment impacts its electrochemical corrosion behavior. Heat treatment parameters: Austenitizing temperatures:1000°C and 850°C, Quenching followed by tempering at 300°C, 450°C, and 600°C.

The Physical Properties of dry noodles enriched with anchovy protein through extrusion process

Non-gluten food-based noodle products are an alternative to replace imported wheat flour. The application of extrusion and pregelatinization technology in the processing of noodles enriched with fish meal plays an important role in determining the quality of noodles. This study aims to determine the physical characteristics of noodles made from sago and cassava enriched with anchovy meal on cooking time, rehydration power, elongation, and color. This study used a simple complete random design with three treatments (M1, M2, and M3).

A Review on application of Aquaculture drugs for sustainable Aquaculture

The increasing global demand for aquaculture products has necessitated the development of sustainable farming practices to meet food security goals.Use of drugs in aquaculture is practiced mainly for management of diseases, growth promotion, and health maintenance of fish. This will eventually ensure efficient processing in the field. This review therefore intends to give an overview of the drugs applied in aquaculture including antibiotics, antifungals, antiparasitics, and probiotics, their applications, and their particular contribution towards achieving sustainable aquaculture.

Introduction to Industrial Fatigue

Fatigue results in slower reactions, reduced ability to process information, memory lapses, absent-mindedness, decreased awareness, lack of attention, underestimation of risk, reduced coordination etc. Fatigue can lead to errors and accidents, ill-health and injury, and reduced productivity. Fatigue dramatically increases the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace, and reduces productivity and performance. Prolonged fatigue can cause serious physical and mental health problems. Fatigue is a lack of energy and motivation.

Survey of the Knowledge of Elderly People Regarding Non-Conventional Food Plant

The acronym PANC refers to all plants that have one or more edible parts, whether they are spontaneous or cultivated, native or exotic, and are not included in our daily diet. Non-Conventional Edible Plants (PANC) are vegetables that have been known and used for many years in indigenous culture, but which have ceased to be prominent today, being underutilized by the population. Brazil currently has one of the greatest biodiversity in the world, however, the plant species used in food are still scarce.
