Pervious concrete is one of the materials with potential applications in the construction industry because it can help reduce environmental problems caused by conventional concrete, improve storm water management, and provide a low-impact development alternative. Pervious concrete has numerous advantages, including assisting with water filtering and lowering pollutants. The ability to reduce storm water runoff is the most important feature that attracts the attention of pervious concrete.

The automotive industry is increasingly demanding lean processes. In the heavy vehicles sector, new concepts are being sought for suspension leaf springs, with a particular focus on reduction in the vehicle mass. CAE simulation software has been used to support the design of new products and to update old designs with higher levels of confidence, thus reducing the development time and cost.

A doença cárie ainda é um importante problema de saúde pública em todo o mundo, mesmo existindo métodos capazes de prevenir o seu desenvolvimento. Esta revisão sistemática da literatura objetiva identificar e analisar estudos clínicos que utilizaram agentes cariostáticos para o controle dos níveis de estreptococos do grupo mutans na saliva. Seguiu-se o protocolo PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) e a estratégia “PICO” [Paciente, Intervenção, Comparação e Outcomes (desfecho)] para melhor delineamento do estudo.

The use of non-thermal radiation technology such as ultraviolet can simplify the process of clarification of sugarcane juice. Thus, the objective of this study was to purify the sugarcane juice by ultraviolet irradiation to produce sugar and ethanol. In the laboratory experiment physicochemical analyzes were performed – turbidity, color, pH and °Brix plus microbiological tests. For data analysis was used analysis of variance – ANOVA – followed by Tukey test and the nonparametric test of Kruskall-Wallis, all with significance level 0.05. The power of 250 W and an exposure time of 3 min.

O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar quais os fatores que levam à percepção de endividamento sobre si e o risco ao sobre-endividamento das mulheres na microrregião de Salgueiro, Pernambuco, Brasil. Os dados foram obtidos através da aplicação de questionário via de Google Forms a uma amostra por conveniência de 58 mulheres.

The present study was carried out to make forecasts of the monthly commercial electricity demand in the state of Santa Catarina. Historical data from January 2004 to December 2019 were used, with data from the last year being considered in the model validation process. After the exploratory analysis based on descriptive measures, graphs and hypothesis tests, several other techniques were employed in the various stages of the Box-Jenkins methodology: identification, estimation, diagnosis and forecast.

O presente artigo investigou a evolução epistemológica sobre o tema aplicado a negociações, apresentando uma extensa revisão bibliográfica sobre as abordagens comportamental e psicológica, com foco na abordagem psicológica transformativa ou evolutiva, por revelar nuances da construção da confiança através de interações bem-sucedidas ao longo do tempo.

Objetivo: caracterizar as vítimas de agravos cardiovasculares transferidas pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência. Método: tratou-se de estudo descritivo, realizado com 212 fichas de transferências de vítimas de agravos cardiovasculares,dos anos de 2016 a 2019, transferidas pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência de Pesqueira-PE.

In the current era of privatization, liberalization, globalization and digital transformation, knowledge management (KM) is no longer an option for public administration, it is an imperative necessity. Public organizations are under strong pressure to improve the effectiveness of their services through their responsiveness, performance, integrity and transparency, as well as their accountability and innovation. Furthermore, many of the public sector organizations are project management oriented, generating more challenging situations due to the temporality and uniqueness of the projects.

This work presents the study of the preparation routes of a soft magnetic composite (SMC) with an insulating iron-phosphate-resin coating. The energy losses of these composite materials in relation to the mobility of the domain walls during the magnetization process were studied. The SMC concept is based on the coating of magnetic particles with a surface layer, in the order of nanometers, electrically insulating and joined in the form of a three-dimensional matrix of a finished compact.
