Risk of surgical site infection in the operating room: Dangerous incidents

Objective: This study analyzed incidents in the operating room related to the risk of surgical site infection. 
Method: Qualitative study performed using the critical incident technique and thematic content analysis. 
Results: Five categories were established: "patient exposure," "proactivity for patient safety," “awareness of patient exposure,” “ethical and bioethical issues" and “patient protection." Data analysis revealed surgeon dominance within the inter professional team as a conditioning factor in the adoption of unsafe acts. 

Relational analysis of extent of participation and impact of nwdp on the beneficiaries

The present investigation was conducted in Beed and Nanded district of Marathwada region in Maharashtra State. The main objective of the study was to assess the relationship between profile of beneficiaries with their extent of participation and impact of NWDP. The data were collected with the help of pre-designed interview schedule by contacting 200 respondents i.e. 100 beneficiaries from watershed villages and 100 non-beneficiaries from non-watershed villages.

The level of tax compliance in Indonesia is still low, as evidenced by the tax gap and the low tax ratio. Therefore, given that the level of tax compliance influence on the increase in tax revenue, it should be required intensive study of the factors that influence the level of tax compliance. This study is aimed to analyse the influence of variable that included in Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991) there are attitude, perceived behavioral control on corporate tax compliance. This study also examined whether the sunset policy influence intentions on corporate tax compliance.
