Studies on crop performance of a.mylitta d (tasar silkworm) on lagerstroemia parviflora (roxb.) (sidha) secondary food plant found in similipal biosphear reserve of mayurbhnaj district of orisha

Antheraea mylitta D wild tasar silkworm is not food specific like mulberry silkworm but it preferred three primary food plant like T. tomentosa (Asaan), T.arjuna (Arjun) & Shorea robusta (Sal). Other than these food plants Tasar Cocoons has been found in Lagerstroemia parviflora trees (Sidha) in Similipal Biospheres. Experiments has been taken to ascertain economic of crop performance in said plant compare to primary Asan Plants.

Motivation and first language learning in secondary school: the case of iteso students of kumi district- Uganda

One of the most popular concepts in the context of language teaching is motivation. In Uganda, the teaching of Ateso as a subject in secondary school curriculum is a relatively new concept, spanning from 2013.Accordingly, this study was carried out between 2014-2015 to establish Iteso students’ attitude and motivation towards learning mother tongue in Kumi district (Uganda). It had been realised that Ateso was not widely taught as it should have been; only eight schools out of 76 had embraced the teaching of Ateso.

Working conditions of female agricultural labourers: a case study

India is the second most populous country of the world and has changing socio-political demographic and morbidity patterns that have been drawing global attention in recent years. Despite several growth orientated policies adopted by the government, the widening economic, regional and gender disparities are posing serious challenges for the health sector. Agricultural labourers who are largely landless and form a significant section of rural society mainly depend on wage employment in agriculture.

Ayurveda-the healthy way of living

Ayurveda believe that by following swasthavritta any person can maintain the healthy status and prevent the disease. Under the broad concept of swasthavritta ‘dinacharya (daily regimen) is important one. In dinacharya starting from early wakeup to the sleep the ideal schedule to maintain the health is explained.

Water management practices and quality of drinking water from source to consumption point in rural communities in the department of tiassalé, côte d'ivoire

This study evaluated the post-supply drinking-water quality in eight rural communities in department of Tiassalé, Côte d’Ivoire, using either a protected hand-dug wells or boreholes supply. Water management practices were documented as a basis for further research to improve household drinking-water quality. The methods used were administration of a questionnaire, observation and by assessing the stored drinking water quality and the water quality of supply point. Escherichia coli were used as the indicator of potential health risks.

Anomaly detection of multidimensional and non-stationary process based on q-filtering algorithm

In engineering field,in order to detect the abnormal change of data series in a multidimensional and non-stationary process, an anomaly detection algorithm based on Q-filtering is proposed. Firstly, the Q-filtering algorithm is used to process the multidimensional and non-stationary data series. At the same time, the outlier-tolerant covariance matrix is estimated. Finally, the detection index is used to detect abnormal changes. The algorithm is verified by simulation data and the results show that the algorithm is proved to be have high accuracy and validity.

Digital smile design as principal optimizer of dental aesthetics: two case reports

Introduction: In the world, it has grown increasingly researched for dental professionals, 20.0% of dentists located in Brazil. According to the Federal Council of Dentistry, the specialties most searches today, were 70.0% in the rehabilitation of the smile and aesthetic. Objective: The objective of this study was to focus the applicability of dental smile designs in the planning of two aesthetic cases and how this software facilitates the execution of these treatments with Digital Smile Design (DSD). Case 1: Patient S had a need for gingival remodeling.

E-government assessment

In today’s big growth of Information and Communication Technologies and fast development of electronic world, E-Government is the basic regulatory body has been laying the legislative norms, frameworks and standards for expansion of our e-world and e-living. The user satisfaction is the driving force for e-services, e-business and e-government development. There is much debate among scholars about what constitutes e-government success, what method is best for measuring it, and which variables best describe it.

Cancer: the best treatment is prevention – a short commentary

Cancer is a major public health problem these days. Annually, 500,000 people die of cancer in India. When it comes to Cancer, prevention and early detection is the key. Lifestyle related factors are the most important and preventable among the environmental exposures that can lead to cancer. Tobacco consumption (chewing tobacco or smoking tobacco) accounts for 50% of all cancers in men, while dietary practices, reproductive and sexual practices for 20-30% of all cancers. Analysis of oral injuries caused by the bad use of prosthesis - a literature review

Introduction: Despite all the advances already made in public oral health policies, Brazil still has a large number of individuals with partial or total edentulism, accompanied by the need for large-scale dental prostheses. And they have several pathologies that are closely related to poorly used prostheses. Aim: The objective of this study is to identify and analyze, according to the literature, the main oral lesions caused by the poor use of prostheses.
