The Readiness of Librarians and Libraries in Facing the Digital Era

The development of the digital age is becoming faster and faster and is a challenge for all walks of life, including libraries. Currently, libraries are trying to make various changes to adapt to the developments taking place. Not only libraries are adapting, but so are librarians. The purpose of this article is to explore what preparation is needed to prepare librarians and libraries for the digital age. The method used in this work is literature research.

The Importance of Health Informatics and the effect of Technology Development on Health Sector

Background: This study aimed to investigate the importance of health informatics and the effect of technology development on the health sector. Method: A sample of 200 healthcare professionals and patients with experience in health informatics technologies were selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data was collected using a survey questionnaire that included closed-ended questions to gather quantitative data. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize and describe the data, while inferential statistics were used to analyze the data.

Reliability of Artificial Intelligence in Ophthalmic Anesthesia

Chat GPT, which stands for Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer, is a large language model–based chatbot developed by Open AI and launched on November 30, 2022, which enables users to refine and steer a conversation towards a desired length, format, style, and level of detail, and language used. It enables the user to get answers to any questions including medical questions. In our study it was seen that the opinion given by the AI based on our input is reliable to the extent of 95% i.e. comparable to human beings.

ANALYTICAL STUDY OF JOB CRAFTING ON PERFORMANCE & WOK ENGAGEMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION TEACHERS

The Indian education system is improving and developing as per the requirement of the society. Our country is trying to restructure its position at international level in higher education by creating and developing better qualitative education institutions. And thus, one needs to have qualified faculties with good academic experience to teach subjects and can also handle administrative roles. But this sometimes causes huge burnout situation causing engagement issues and a qualitative education suffers at the end.

DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY DISORDERS IN THYROID PATIENTS

This study was done to assess medication adherence, awareness in thyroid patients and to evaluate the depression and anxiety in thyroid patients using depression and anxiety scales. A randomised observational study was conducted, in the primary health care centres and through direct visits to homes in Hanamkonda for a period of 6 months. In the overall study we collected 406 thyroid patients' data in this 305 were hypothyroidism and 101 were hyperthyroidism. The total data was analysed using the scoring system to find out the ranges.

EFFICIENT APPROACHES (IN VITRO) FOR MANAGEMENT OF KARNAL BUNT OF WHEAT AGAINST NEOVOSSIAINDICA

Wheat (Triticumaestivum L) is second most important cereal crop of India after rice and it grown throughout the country. It is a major staple crop of India and their quality of grain is reduced through infection of different diseases, among them Karnal bunt (Neovossiaindica) is one of major pathogen. It is of high quarantine importance which restrict global trade of wheat between different countries.

OPTIMIZING RICE GROWTH AND YIELD WITH "GRINOPHYLL" FOLIAR APPLICATION

The present investigation entitled “Optimizing Rice Growth and Yield with "Grinophyll" Foliar Application was carried out during kharif season of the year 2021 and 2022 on the field of ASPEE, Agricultural Research and Development Foundation, Tansa farm, At - Nare, Taluka - Wada, District - Palghar, Maharashtra, India. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design. The three treatments (Control, Grinophyll @ 4 ml, and Grinophyll @ 6 ml per 15 liters of water) were replicated twice times on four varieties of rice namely Dandi, Gurjari, Jaya, and GAR-13.
