Operation notes are important medical records that document operative procedures, intra operative findings, subsequent care and plan for the patients. The value of quality operation notes for academic, research, clinical auditing and when medical litigation arises cannot be disputed. These notes when properly documented will help to promote prompt response to care and need of patients in post operative period.

This paper investigated institutional factors influencing vegetable production in six small-scale vegetable projects in Alice town in the Nkonkobe Municipality of Eastern Cape of South Africa. Amidst worsening poverty in the wider society it was the intention to know how vegetable production can contribute to enhancing food security and if it is in a position to do so. Seeking some insights on effectiveness of the agrarian reforms on smallholder farmers in South Africa, the objectives of this study were to identify and explore institutional factors that influence vegetable production.

Science and technology have crucial role to play in promoting peace, conflict resolution and progress. Peace is not just absence of war but it also involves promotion of many activities to ensure growth, consciousness and satisfaction between countries, within the country, in the immediate society and in the families. Public health, utilization and conservation of natural resources, food security, sanitation, climate change, and disarmament and disaster preparedness are all different areas within the realm of science which will have efficacy in the establishment of peace in the world.

A study was undertaken by utilizing different levels of Paneer Whey(i.e. 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5%) for manufacturing of good quality Carrot Halwa. Grated carrot and a mixture of Ghee, Sugar, cardamom, and cashewnut were used as other ingredients. The quality of Halwa was highly influenced by Carrot and their concentration in whey. Whey greatly improved the shelf life of Carrot Halwa. The product was analyzed for organoleptic attributes (colour and appearance, body and texture, flavour and taste) by trained panelist using 9 point hedonic scale.

An investigation was carried out with an attempt to develop Peanut Paneer by partial addition of Peanut milk and skim milk. For control, (T0) Peanut milk was standardized to 6% fat and 9% SNF and treatment (T1) was standardized to a ratio of 50:50 (PM:SM),T2 60:40 (PM:SM) and T3 (70:30) (PM:SM).

The research aimed at obtaining a detail idea about the various end uses of energy consumption activities and identifying, and evaluating the possible energy saving opportunities. Longitudinal design method was employed starting from October of 2013 to June of 2015. The findings of the research indicated the presence of various types of energy wasting electrical equipment and poor awareness of energy saving mechanism among staff and students of the university. Among the interviewed students 132(66%) of them are not turn off the light when they go to bed.

Ownership or control of access to resources could give or make another organization depends on the organization. This condition causes resources owner's organization with its access to be more dominant compared to other organizations which need those resources or can be called asymmetric power. Previous studies show that asymmetric power could make both positive or negative impact to cooperative relationship. This study aims to analyze how to overcome asymmetric power so it won't make any negative impacts to cooperative relationship.

Ayurveda, Science of life, whose traces can be found in the earliest scripts of India, is steeped in the prehistoric tradition. Ayurveda has got eight speciality, among them shalyatantra [surgery]has been important and modified branch since ancient era. Acharya Sushrut, known as the father of surgery, described Sandhan Karma, which can be correlated with plastic & reconstructive surgery in recent times. Acharya Sushrut, an ancient great Indian surgeon, decribed certain surgical ethics & principles in his original surgical text ”Sushrut Samhita”.

Initial production and use of tobacco in manufacture of cigarettes and other tobacco products for the needs of smokers has moved from rejection to privilegization, to eventually end as mass production worldwide. Cigarettesmoking is accepted by all social classes, both by men and women, and does not recognize any religious limitations.Smoking starts at very young ages. Some twenty years ago the age of smokers was 16, and now, despite the powerful anti-smoking propaganda, it fell to 14, and even 12 year-old smokers.

Character association and path coefficient analysis were carried out in a set of sesame genotypes collected from different states of India. Capsules/plant followed by plant height, days to cessation of flowering, period of flowering, capsule length, height to first capsule and seeds/capsule revealed significant positive correlation with seed yield. In contrast, seed weight had negative relationship with seed yield. Oil content seems to be increased with duration of flowering period owing to their inter se significant positive relationship.
