The high risk of cardiovascular complications during and after infection with SARS-CoV-2, a virus that causes COVID-19, is well documented in the world literature. Through cardiac changes, the role of echocardiography and biomarkers of myocardial injury is exalted as useful tools that can affect the morbidity and mortality of these patients. For a better understanding of the subject, an integrative review was performed from bibliographic data arranged in indexed databases.

Ganglioglioma (GG) is a benign and rare tumor of the central nervous system, typically located supratentorially in the temporal lobe. Subtentorial localization, particularly in the cerebellum, is uncommon.It represents 0.4% to 7.6% of all central nervous system tumors, 1.3% of brain tumors, and only 1% of intramedullary tumors. Clinically, supratentorial GG causes epilepsy, while subtentorial GG leads to focal neurological deficits due to local mass effect and signs of increased intracranial pressure.

This article focuses on the thought of Edith Stein (1891 – 1942). As a specific object, the study turns to the treatment given by her to the woman's condition and, more specifically, to her education. The research problem is effective in the question of how the philosopher treated the female condition and her formative process. From the context of her works, a broad concern with the human being is revealed, which spreads, later and gradually, in reflections that establish an innovative approach to the female condition.

This Castanopsis hainanensis Merr.1922, a tree species native to Hainan province, possesses desirable characteristics such as firmness, density, and resistance to water and humidity. It is commonly used in the construction of beams, columns, floors, furniture, and agricultural tools. In this study, we present a comprehensive analysis of the complete plastome of C. hainanensis. The total length of the plastome is 160,826 bp, which includes a Large Single-Copy (LSC) region, a Small Single-Copy (SSC) region, and two Inverted Repeats (IRs).

A covid-19 inicialmente foi identificada no final do ano de 2019 na China, onde disseminou-se de forma rápida por todo o mundo, provocando mundialmente o quadro de emergência de saúde pública. Considerando os diferentes impactos provocados pela pandemia de covid-19, um destes, relaciona-se a redução da prática de atividade física, visto que, em decorrência do isolamento social, esse hábito passou a não vigorar, em decorrência dos altos índices de contaminação.

Introduction: The primary strategy to prevent musculoskeletal trauma is the use of ergonomic principles to modify hand tools and to improve workstation design and work practices. To reduce the chance of injury, work tasks should be designed to limit exposure to ergonomic risk factors. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of strict adherence to ergonomic principles on injury prevention and work performance in metal industry workers by assessing musculoskeletal questionnaire and grip strength.

This work was to evaluate the catalytic properties Ru/Cobalt/SBA-15 catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS). The molecular sieve SBA-15 synthesized by hydrothermal method with rice husk ashes (RHA) and with tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS). The Ru promoted Co/SBA-15 catalyst was prepared by wet impregnation method and was characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray energy dispersion spectrophotometer, N2 adsorption-desorption, temperature-programmed reduction and transmission electron microscopy.

The Caruru-de-espinho (Amaranthusspinosus) is an edible plant belonging to the genus Amaranthus, and family Amaranthaceae, having high nutritional content, in addition to being the target of phytochemical studies. In view of this, the objective is to evaluate the phytochemical, protein and nutritional content of the spiny caruru (Amaranthusspinosus) harvested in a city in Bico do Papagaio, North of Tocantins, Brazil. This is a descriptive, experimental study.
