O Estatuto da criança e do Adolescente – ECA, foi promulgado em 15 de agosto de 1990, com a Lei nº 8.069, e é fruto de um processo democrático que institui a Doutrina de proteção integral às crianças e aos adolescentes. Para contribuir com a efetivação dos direitos das crianças e adolescentes expostos no ECA, o Governo do Estado do Paraná criou o Núcleo de Estudos e defesa dos direitos da criança e do adolescente – NEDDIJ.
The article intends to present the results of a research carried out with four municipalities, Brazilian and Italian, comparing the respective ways of using multidimensional performance measurement systems (MPMS’s) from the perspective of the Theory of public value creation. Public value means the value created for society by an organization. The subjects covered are presented in the respective literature review. The purpose of this paper is to analyze whether municipality halls, by the use of MPMS’s, are able to evidence the public value created.

Eight percent of the population was recorded 60 years and above in 2011 Census, and it is expected to increase its share to 12.5 percent and 20 percent by 2026 and 2050 respectively. In this regard, to assess their existing economic condition of elderly (60+) in terms of housing condition, availability of assets and access and freedom to spend money the present research is done. Novel Covid – 19 pandemic, is the one aspect, which halted every walk of human life in every corner of the world, but at the same time, opened up new avenues of living which otherwise would never have been explored. Pedagogue and teaching-learning process too received intellectual churning during pandemic which resulted in surfacing of a cream of innovative and technology based teaching - learning practices. Online or virtual mode of teaching which emerged as a boon during the lockdown, took over the baton to continue the rally of education to the next level.
This article derives from an inter-institutional research developed with the economic support of CNPq (a national research funding agency), toinvestigate the initial training of teachers for the pedagogical use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The qualitative methodology adopted the comparative case studyof three pedagogy courses from federal public universities in Brazil. The research informants were students, teachers, and course coordinators. The research developed a thematic analysis of the answers to the interviews.
This paper presents results of intersection traffic simulation in the central area of the city of Palmas-TO, which shows great movement during peak time. The objective is to compare the efficiency of the use of the roundabout with other types of intersection, at times with greater and lesser traffic flow. Palmas, capital of Tocantins, is a planned city with wide avenues and intersections of arterial roads with roundabouts, initially planned to discipline traffic and reduce accidents.
Objective: to analyze the time trend of infant mortality due to congenital malformations of residents of Recife, PE, during the period from 2001 to 2016. Methods: it is an ecological time-series study whose data sources were the Information Systems about Mortality (SIM) and Live Births (Sinasc). The rates and proportion of mortality due to congenital malformations were analyzed on a monthly basis by the autoregressive model of moving averages with an ancillary variable (ARMAX).

Introdução: A medicina chinesa possui mais de 5.000 anos de experiências e práticas de tratamentos em sua cultura, capaz de curar mais de 300 doenças. Assim o objetivo desta pesquisa é descrever a experiência vivenciada a partir da aplicabilidade das PICS no campo da saúde, pelo profissional enfermeiro. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência de atendimentos por meio de ventosa e moxaterapiano ano de 2017. Relato da experiência: A paciente atendida era professora e possuía um quadro de epicondilite lateral e sinovite, sentia dores no braço direito, já diagnosticado.
