Intellectual dynamics: A future for dynamic capabilities and intellectual capital

Dynamic business environment needs easier and faster scientific research approach for its growth and development. Therefore, this paper explores the evolutionary mechanism of dynamic capabilities and intellectual capital by investigating how these theories convergence and reveal integrability towards innovativeness by a systematic literature review of 223 articles from 2000 till 2021.

Two infant stimulation approaches for parents’ action in early preterm infant care: An exploratory study

There are some studies about diferents typs of sensory-motor stimulation for preterm infants. Traditionally the stimulation is done directively, in which the physiotherapist is the center of the process. However, a series of research works have drawn attention to the importance of babies' protogonism for their motor development, which implies an orientation to parents. This study investigated two approaches of sensory-motor stimulation for parents to perform to their preterm infants.

The ecological icms as a payment instrument for environmental services

The objective of this study was to analyze the current situation of the ICMS-E in the Brazilian states and to estimate the consequences of its non-applicability in the state of Paraíba. Through documentary and bibliographic research, the legal provisions that institute and regulate the ICMS-E in Brazilian states were raised, such as the criteria for redistribution and their respective percentage of participation.

Open platform for building, deploying and managing remote labs

This article presented an open platform for building, managing and deploying remote labs. Its development is supported by open educational resources, free software, and open hardware. The verification of the platform was performed in three scenarios that used remote laboratories. Courses in the distance learning modality, higher education and basic education, including technical education, were used. The methodological choice for the development of the platform used the Design Science Research method.

Industrial crops fertilization process implemented in the android system

Fertilization is the agricultural practice that consists of adding to the soil a quantity of nutrients to balance the values between what the plant requires and what the soil can offer. Quantifying the nutrients in the soil is fundamental for the efficient and economic use of fertilizer. Farmers generally perform fertilization without prior analysis of the soil, and when they do, the results are not always correctly interpreted to quantify the use of fertilizers that should be applied to the soil.

Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir a excludente de exclusividade prevista no art. 49, II, da Lei Complementar nº 123, de 2006, diante dos tradicionais princípios da licitação pública, a partir da análise de um edital lançado pelo Município de Cocal do Sul – SC. O presente estudo utiliza o método comparativo e dedutivo; quanto ao procedimento, é uma pesquisa bibliográfica, constitucional e jurisprudencial, mediante a revisão de estudos e artigos científicos realizados sobre o tema.

Perceptions and reflections on culture, education & development: the world indigenous peoples' games

This study's objective was to analyze the first World Games of Peoples' Indigenous, from spectators who went to the event, indigenous and non-indigenous, to describe their perceptions of the games' political and social issues. The research followed the tradition of ethnomethodological studies and its qualitative perspective to understand how respondents interpret and build the social world. Findings indicate that the games brought the global community closer to the indigenous reality. Even so, there was a lack of autonomy in the formulation of the event by indigenous leaders.

Mapping of human values and life projects of young offenders in the distrito federal, Brazil

Juvenile delinquency is a worldwide social problem. Understanding your motivations can be a path to social integration. This study aimed to map the values and life projects of young offenders in order to develop a pedagogical intervention to promote prosocial values. A sample of 404 adolescents complying with a judicial restraint measure in the Distrito Federal, Brazil answered the survey. All were men, with mean age of 17.26 years (Sd = 1.25), with an average school delay of 4 years, originating from regions of greater social vulnerability.

Conhecimento de enfermeiros intensivistas acerca do diagnóstico deenfermagem risco de olho seco

Objetivo:analisar o conhecimento de enfermeiros acerca do diagnóstico de Enfermagem Risco de Olho Seco em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva. Método: estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa,desenvolvido com onze enfermeiros integrantes do quadro de funcionários do hospital escolhido como cenário da pesquisa. O estudo foi desenvolvido nas unidades de tratamento intensivo de um hospital público de média a alta complexidade, vinculado ao SUS, referência em oncologia, localizado na cidade de Belém, Estado do Pará. As informações foram analisadas pela técnica de análise de conteúdo de Bardin.
