The present study was carried out to make forecasts of the monthly commercial electricity demand in the state of Santa Catarina. Historical data from January 2004 to December 2019 were used, with data from the last year being considered in the model validation process. After the exploratory analysis based on descriptive measures, graphs and hypothesis tests, several other techniques were employed in the various stages of the Box-Jenkins methodology: identification, estimation, diagnosis and forecast.

O presente artigo investigou a evolução epistemológica sobre o tema aplicado a negociações, apresentando uma extensa revisão bibliográfica sobre as abordagens comportamental e psicológica, com foco na abordagem psicológica transformativa ou evolutiva, por revelar nuances da construção da confiança através de interações bem-sucedidas ao longo do tempo.

Objetivo: caracterizar as vítimas de agravos cardiovasculares transferidas pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência. Método: tratou-se de estudo descritivo, realizado com 212 fichas de transferências de vítimas de agravos cardiovasculares,dos anos de 2016 a 2019, transferidas pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência de Pesqueira-PE.

In the current era of privatization, liberalization, globalization and digital transformation, knowledge management (KM) is no longer an option for public administration, it is an imperative necessity. Public organizations are under strong pressure to improve the effectiveness of their services through their responsiveness, performance, integrity and transparency, as well as their accountability and innovation. Furthermore, many of the public sector organizations are project management oriented, generating more challenging situations due to the temporality and uniqueness of the projects.

This work presents the study of the preparation routes of a soft magnetic composite (SMC) with an insulating iron-phosphate-resin coating. The energy losses of these composite materials in relation to the mobility of the domain walls during the magnetization process were studied. The SMC concept is based on the coating of magnetic particles with a surface layer, in the order of nanometers, electrically insulating and joined in the form of a three-dimensional matrix of a finished compact.

3-(Acyl/aroyl/ alkyl) amino-6- (2'-Acyl/aroyl/ alkyl) amino phenyl) - 1,2,4-triazin-5(4H) ones (3-10) have been synthesized derived from 3-amino-6-(2'-amino phenyl)- 1,2,4-triazin-5(4H) one (2). Structure of the new products have been established upon their elemental and spectral date. The newly prepared compounds showed good anti-microbial activity for more pathogenic microorganisms, prevalence of Staph. aureus growth and non-growth, that the growth had decreased almost at 9h and had increased number of non-growth bacteria by compound number 10. E. coli were inclined but less than Staph.

Jatropha and Castor oils were acquired and changed into their relating biodiesels by reactant breaking utilizing heterogeneous catalysts (Alumina and Montmorillonite-Hcl) with various proportions (0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1%). The particulars of the acquired items were similar to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) details. The details of the got biodiesel were equivalent to fuel properties of petrol diesel. The appropriate mix between the got biodiesel and fuel was portrayed.

O presente estudo traz em seu bojo uma releitura da demonstração do Teorema: ”A área do quadrado cujo lado é a hipotenusa de um triângulo é igual a soma das áreas dos quadrados que tem como lados cada um dos catetos”, conhecido também como teorema de Pitágoras, cuja identidade é c^2=a^2+b^2 , onde a, b e c são números positivos. Dado pelo brasileiro Augusto Telles e publicado na Revista de Engenharia em 10 de setembro de 1879. Como referencial teórico, apresenta-se alguns conceitos de ângulos, triângulos e retas.

Biosimilars drugs aim to change access to high-cost therapies, ensuing original biological drugs after their patent expiration. Every innovation movement requires from societies, economies, and enterprises to reshuffle to a new competition level. In the enterprise’s perspective, the capabilities to manage complementary competencies (technical, organizational and competitive) and resources defines how they will succeed in the market.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi a realizar um levantamento bibliográfico do que já foi produzido de pesquisa sobre o uso da Geoestatística para a análise espacial de ataques fitossanitários no estado do Pará, Brasil e, desta forma, demonstrar como o estado vem lidando com a utilização desta ferramenta inovadora para solução de problemas fitossanitários identificados no cotidiano das culturas desenvolvidas no estado, como forma de otimizar o processo produtivo, diminuir despesas e aumentar a produtividade das culturas.
