Heidegger compreende a facticidade como um estar lançado no mundo que reúne, em um só tempo, liberdade e comprometimento com as “regras do jogo” da vida. A linguagem e a corporeidade são abordadas no presente artigo como regras no jogo doDasein que é mulher. Percorremos em Heidegger os conceitos de facticidade, linguagem e corporeidade, mas também buscamos em Foucault, Beauvoir e Butler a dimensão política e social da linguagem. Por fim, retornamos a Heidegger para discutir a transcendência e as possibilidades de ser desse Dasein que é mulher.

The article provides data on the micromorphological evaluation of sp. O.vulgare L. subsp hirtum, known as White Oregano cultivated in Durrës and Konispol, Albania. The study of the micromorphological parameters of the leaves of O. vulgare L. subsp hirtum includes the characterization of epidermis (stomata and trichomes). The study of epidermal structures was performed with the techniques of stereomicroscopy and optical microscopy.

Maritime Environmental Law is a relatively new micro-discipline in Chilean law and does not enjoy express recognition as such. However, if it is studied and analysed from the Theory of Dogmatic Nuclei, the discipline is endowed with a speciality, as it presents well-defined characteristics and elements from a methodological and systemic perspective, which differentiate it from other branches of Law. This article consists of a proposal for the construction of Maritime Environmental Law as a micro-discipline endowed with this speciality.

Quando nos propomos a refletir sobre o universo que circunda as mulheres que vivenciam a complexa situação relacionada a sua permanência no ciclo gravídico puerperal em situação carcerária ponderamos a sua gravidade, pois esse é um período sensível na vida da mulher em qualquer circunstância e tal situação por si só demanda inquietações de ordem biopsicossocial.

The aim of the present study is to introduce the specification of an information system related to the application of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) contributing to its use in clinical practice of a clinical-school of Physiotherapy. This is a development research that was carried out in Curitiba between the months of June 2016 and June 2017. During this period brainstorms were realized in order to obtain the system requirements and draw its model based on Unified Modeling Language (UML).

The objective of this work was to evaluate the agronomic performance of broccoli cultivars cultivated underfour environmentsunder high temperature conditions in Nova Mutum- MT.The experiment was carried out from March to August 2015.

Nas últimas décadas, a população brasileira presenciou transformações sociais importantes que resultaram em alterações consideráveis no seu padrão de saúde e consumo alimentar, tendo impacto no decréscimo da pobreza e exclusão sociale, em consequência, da fome e escassez de alimentos, com melhoria ao acesso e variedade destes, além da garantia da disponibilidade média de calorias para consumo, embora ainda existam cerca de 16 milhões de brasileiros vivendo na pobreza extrema. No Brasil e demais países em desenvolvimento, impera uma transição nutricional fundamentada na má-alimentação.
