Hoy en día, la vinculación entre conceptos de educación y diversidad estan muy lejos en las escuelas de Chile, y aún más en las políticas educativas del país, que solo interesa el concepto de inclusión como un concepto mas segregador que inclusivo. Ya a tres años de que fuera promulgada por la Presidenta Michelle Bachelet, el martes 1 de marzo del presente año, comienza a aplicarse oficialmente la Ley de Inclusión Escolar.
The objective of the study is to present an interventionist approach as a research methodology, in order to understand and analyze how small businesses can practice managerial actions, and at the same time, apply them in practice. Actions that can contribute to the continuity of micro and small companies in scenarios of difficulties and uncertainties, such as this caused by COVID-19. A literature review was carried out, analyzing some studies on interventionist research in the management of Micro and Small Enterprises.
Objective: To present the construction of an educational booklet on reception and risk classification in primary care. Methodology: The present study is a methodological research, whose four stages were elaborated for the construction of the booklet, namely: bibliographic survey, integrative review, textual elaboration and creation of the booklet.

Em detrimento ao desenvolvimento tecnológico, através de revisão literária, expomos a visão redentora da escola e atual função social da educação pública na luta pela equidade de direitos e diminuição das diferenças sociais históricas.
Brazilian urban policy offers the possibility of several urban planning tools, which are responsibility by local governments. Among these urban planning and tax tools is the urban property tax (IPTU). This article aims to analyze the application of urban planning tools with an environmental bias to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), with emphasis on SDG 11. The 2030 Agenda has a time horizon of achievement until 2030. Few Brazilian municipalities have implemented urban planning tools with an environmental bias, which motivated our study.

This study explored vibrancies of urban human settlements to understand how urban spaces functions within the city. It aimed at examining underlying factors which contribute in making urban human settlements vibrant or not. The research adopted qualitative research methodology to obtain findings through a case study research strategy. Kariakoo urban district was selected to be a case study area because of its strong space vibrancy characteristics and complexity.
Objetivo deste estudo é comentar sobre a atuação do enfermeiro líder em coaching. Metodologia: é uma revisão narrativa de literatura. Resultados e discussão: A liderança coaching é um novo direcionamento das organizações, em especial na saúde, inovando entre os enfermeiros. Essa ferramenta, para o enfermeiro, possibilita a facilidade da organização de assuntos técnicos do trabalho, fazendo uma boa gestão do tempo, melhorando o trabalho em equipe, a contínua capacitação e valorização de seus liderados, ser assertivo nas decisões, levando inovações para a melhoria do cuidado aos pacientes.
Objective: to identify in the literature the scientific evidence on the applicability of the mainstream approach in nursing care to patients in palliative condition. Method: Integrative review, qualitative approach, using thematic content analysis for interpretation and study of the samples. Results: With descriptors indexed in the VHL databases and respecting inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 7 articles resulted.
O Brasil vive uma explosão demográfica de idosos, e, junto ao envelhecimento, emerge uma fragilidade biológica, psicológica e social. Nesse contexto, exige-se um cuidado específico e, consequentemente, a formação de enfermagem não pode ser pensada de forma linear e pontual, mas contextual.Este estudo objetivou identificar, descrever e analisar os projetos políticopedagógicos de cursos de bacharelado em enfermagem, quanto organização e perspectiva da atenção à seguridade social da pessoa idosa.
