Percepção da pessoa idosa acerca da humanização do atendimento na atenção Básica

A humanização é um tema importante, sendo uma ação prestada pelos profissionais na atenção básica. O presente estudo caracterizou-se como uma revisão integrativa da literatura com o objetivo de analisar a percepção dos idosos acerca da humanização no atendimento prestado na atenção básica. A coleta foi realizada entre os meses de março e abril, e em seguida a análise e interpretação das informações em abril e maio. Emergiram as seguintes categorias: 1) A humanização na unidade de saúde. 2) A unidade de saúde 3) A comunicação com a equipe de saúde. 4) As consultas de enfermagem.

Desenvolvimento de um sistema web para assistência pré-natal

O presente estudo objetivou avaliar a necessidade do desenvolvimento de um sistema web para o pré-natal e elaborar um sistema web e para a troca de informações do pré-natal entre os setores da Atenção Básica e maternidade. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza aplicada com abordagem quantitativa. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio da aplicação de questionários distintos para 112 profissionais atuantes na Atenção Básica e Maternidade Carmosina Coutinho e um total de 150 gestantes que estavam fazendo o acompanhamento do pré-natal nas unidades de saúde.

Efeitos e aplicabilidade da terapia de contensão induzida na neurorreabilitação

Objetivou-se com o presente estudo identificar a aplicabilidade e os efeitos da terapia de contensão induzida como recurso da reabilitação neurológica. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura construída por meio de estudos encontrados nas bases de dados PEDro, PubMed e LILACS e na biblioteca virtual SciELO. Utilizou-se como estratégia de pesquisa nas bases e na biblioteca a combinação dos descritores de acordo com o idioma. Foram encontrados 31 artigos, contudo somente 8 foram selecionados para a discussão.

Inculcation of proper social, moral and spiritual values in the pupils is essential to meet the challenges posed by the modern age science and technology.

Determinants of maternal health care choices among women in lunga lunga sub country in kwale country-Kenya

Maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality are major public health concerns in most developing countries and in under resourced settings. Provision of safe motherhood is of utmost importance in the reduction of maternal mortality. Increasing the proportion of babies that are delivered in health facilities is an important factor in reducing the health risks to both the mother and the baby. This study explored maternal healthcare choices of expectant mothers in Lunga Lunga Sub County, Kwale County.

Markers of adhesion to tuberculosis treatment: validation of instrument

Objective: To validate an instrument containing markers of adhesion to tuberculosis treatment to identify the patients vulnerable to non-adhesion to treatment in primary health care. Methods: Prospective and of methodological development study was conducted. We utilized construct validation and reliability in an instrument composed of 31 markers, each with a score of 1 to 3, applied to individuals with tuberculosis in the first 30 days of starting treatment, in basic health care units of the municipality of São Paulo, Brazil.

Covid-19 in Brazil: analysis of the pandemic short-term scenario in relation to other countries

Objective: to compare the growing trend in the cases of patients with COVID-19 in Brazil in relation to other countries. Methods: the sequence of 20 days from the first notification and the date each country reached the accumulated incidence of 0.05 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants were analyzed. For the analysis of the trend, Joinpoint Regression was performed, and the comparison of the curves was done by the parallelism and coincidence analyses.

Brands in the body and the soul: perceptions on nursing assistance to mastectomized patients

Objective: to identify the scientific evidence that the current literature shows about nursing care in the care of mastectomized patients. Method: This is an integrative review study with a qualitative approach and carried out by content and subject analysis. With the descriptors included in the VHL databases, respecting the inclusion and exclusion criteria, using 8 samples.

Relationships Between Variation Of Nocturnal Dipping Blood Pressure And Chronotypes

A Chronobiology, a science that studies the temporal organization of living beings, establishes molecular mechanisms that explain the rhythmicity observed in organisms. Between the rhythmic variations observed is blood pressure, which shows a morning rise and nocturnal dipping, the latter being important in predicting cardiovascular risk. The individuals can also be chronophenotypically classified according to their daily preferences, in morningness-eveningness. Objectives: To verify the hypothesis of a relationship between the morning chronotype and the nondipper night pressure profile.

Epidemiological profile of people with mental disorders in the health care network

Objective: to determine the epidemiological profile of the population with mental disorder treated at the Health Care Network in Ponta Grossa city, Paraná. Method: an epidemiological study, of ecological type, about the care provided by Primary Care professionals registered in the e-SUS AB system, from January to August 2018. Results: The results show that the average number of visits to the basic units was 5.577 people, with 3.869 being female, 2.802 adults, and 1.463 elderly people.
