After the advent of antiretroviral therapy (ARVT), limited treatment options were no longer a problem and adherence to antiretrovirals became critical because of the need for good adherence for effective treatment. The study aimed at evaluating adherence to antiretroviral drugs in patients treated for HIV/AIDS. In the cross-sectional epidemiological study, the data were obtained through a socioeconomic questionnaire in order to characterize the population studied, and the instrument used to measure medication adherence was the CEAT-HIV.

Introduction: Infant mortality rate (IMR) is one of the health indicators used to assess the health conditions, economic development and quality of life of a population.

The study has the purpose of analyzing the association of anthropometrical indicators and lifestyle habits on people with diabetes mellitus and neuropathic symptoms. It is an analytic, quantitative and transversal study, accomplished on a Primary Health Care Unit of a city from Ceará, Brazil, of march to December 2018, with 152 people. The data was gathered via instrument with the following data: clinical-epidemiological, anthropometrical, lifestyle habits, diabetes’ diagnosis time, feeling of pain on the feet and legs and protective sensibility on the sole of the feet.

Coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) is defined as a localized irreversible dilation of the coronary vascular lumen with a diameter ≥ 1.5 times that of the adjacent normal coronary segment. AXP, male, 65 years old, had acute coranary syndrome and was sent to coronary unit. After 24 hours, he underwent coronary angiography that showed giant aneurysm with thrombus and total occlusion at the origin of the right coronary artery.

Objective: to identify pregnant women predisposed to prenatal depression in a teaching hospital in Paraná. Method: Exploratory quantitative survey conducted with 43 pregnant women, who were in the third trimester of pregnancy. Data were collected at the nursing consultation and by applying the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, validated for Portuguese language. For association analysis it was used the Fisher's exact. Results: Women with depressive symptoms represented 20.45%; Women's sociodemographic data were unrelated to the risk index for depression.

Palliative care aims to improve the quality of life of patients who have serious diseases that put their lives at risk. In the pediatric setting, this modality is considered recent and, due to this, the roles of health professionals of the multiprofessional team are still not well established, especially the Nursing one. The objective of the study is to identify in the international literature the evidences on the interference in Nursing care to children and adolescents who are in palliative care.

Introduction: the nursing audit assumes a scan and detailed review of clinical logs selected by qualified professionals to evaluate the quality of care. Being used in the evaluation of work processes and in the analysis of the hospital bills. Consists of an activity capable of verifying the quality of nursing care, contributed to frequent your improvement. Objective: to evaluate the perception of the nurse on the audit process in nursing within the hospital. Method: this is a descriptive-exploratory research with qualitative approach, the type field.

Objetivo: Compreender a percepção de cuidado em saúde mental e de institucionalização por parte de profissionais cuidadores de saúde que atuam em um hospital psiquiátrico.Materiais e Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado em um hospital psiquiátrico localizado em um município do Nordeste Brasileiro. A população foi composta por cuidadores em saúde na área mental. A amostra é do tipo não probabilística por conveniência, composta por dez cuidadores que estavam no serviço durante a coleta de dados.

The objective was to verify in the national scientific production which publications exist about Alzheimer's Disease in elderly people and the reality lived by their caregivers. This is an integrative review. Data collection took place in July 2018, in the electronic databases: Latin American Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF) and in the digital library. Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO).
