Talent training is an important function of higher education, which reflects the philosophy of schooling and the management characteristics of colleges and universities. The cultivation of English talents in China began with the introduction of the western mode of higher education in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and gradually formed two characteristics of professional education and general education.

Theoretically appropriate way of estimating the value of the benefits of risk reduction policies is to estimate the WTP for risk reduction by the affected population. This study attempts to estimate the wiliness to pay (WTP) for reducing the risk of chronic bronchitis using contingent valuation method and check whether magnitude of risk does have any impact on WTP estimates. The study was conducted in an industrial community affected by cement pollution in Khrew town of Jammu and Kashmir (India).

Job Satisfaction and Staff Performance in Nigerian State Universities has become a national discourse. This is because Job satisfaction is expected to encourage staff stability, performance, efficiency, goal congruency and positive behaviour in the work places. The reverse is the case in Ebonyi State University where mass exodus of staff, complaints, ethnocentrism, political interference and prolonged industrial strikes are alarming (Ezeali, 2010). The broad objective of the study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and Staff performance in Ebonyi State University.

The present text deals with the Internationalization of the Curriculum (IoC) as a practice of inclusion and its contribution to the formation of individuals qualified to act in an increasingly globalized world. It is essentially a bibliographical research that discusses the themes of inclusion, intercultural competences and internationalized curriculum in higher education.

The teacher's task imposes physical, mental, emotional and relational demands that in interaction with individual resources can negatively impact their health and well-being. The phenomenon of resilience is particularly important in the educational process because, after the family, the school is a key environment for acquiring the necessary skills to get ahead thanks to the ability of people to overcome the difficulties of life. The purpose of this study is to establish relationships between the perceptions of burnout and resilience in the participating teachers.

In this essay, we present results of the research study that aims at analyzing the truth effects produced by the numbers of parliamentarians of each political party who are accused of having committed unlawful and fraudulent practices or violation of the legal norms during the period of redemocratization of Brazilian society. The environmental problem regarding the undue disposal of solid waste is the subject of current discussions. Chewing gums are a daily and common waste, incorrectly disposed of in 90% of situations. The decomposition of chewing gum may take up to five years, by light and oxygen from the air - however, because it contains both artificial and natural resins, the process may be longer. For convenience and the class of residue it is, an elastic resin with the characteristic of sticking easily in several places, many people glue the chewing gum under classes and chairs.

Evangelization was an important element for the strengthening of the States that sought to establish themselves in Portuguese America, whether Catholic or Protestant. The Indigenous people, who had already been presented to Christianity through the Catholic missions, since the arrival of the Portuguese people, were now facing a new religious configuration: Protestantism. This was the result of France and the Netherlands invasions - Protestant states – even after the colony had already constituted.

Objective: The purpose of this study was comparing the physical activity level (PAL) and nutritional status between freshmen and seniors students from Physical Education Course of a university in the State of Bahia, Brazil. Materials and Methods: The sample was selected for convenience, being 41 students (53% male) with a mean age of 22.31 (4.20) years. The subjects were divided into 4 groups, according to gender and course stage: Male Freshmen Group (MG1) and Male Veterans Group (MG8); Female Freshmen Group (FG1) and Female Veterans Group (FG8).

The process of socioespatial segregation is present in the urban context of big cities, with reasoning in the divergence of social classes and urban dynamics, old and recent. Several studies have incorporated justifications and assumptions of the motivations of this segregation. This study aimed to identify the scientific production about the spatial segregation in cities in order to analyze the main motivations and evidence of the socioespatial segregation.
