Without a technological intervention, it would be unfeasible to monitor and control the wealth generated by the nation.

Associations between agriculture and regional socio-economic development in Brazil

The role of the agricultural sector to economic growth in the regional and national levels is striking, however, does the sector play the same role for socioeconomic development? This study seeks to relate the concentration of formal employment and income in the agricultural sector with the socioeconomic development of Brazilian municipalities. Thus, methods of regional analysis are used, such as the Locational Quotient (QL), relative participation in employment and income and the indicator of socioeconomic development (HDMI).

A study of zooplankton in shivnath river at madku dweep district mungeli (c.g.)

In this study, we compared the species composition respectively diversity of planktonic (Protozoa, Rotifera, Copepoda, Cladocera) inShivnath River water. Investigation was carried out formDecember-2016 to December-2017. Diversity of zooplankton tender to be the highest in River (r= +0.988) and the lowest (r= -0.746). The relatively high species number despite of zooplankton supported by river. Shivnath River water body seems to contribute considerably higher total abundance of zooplankton in the other two types of ecosystem.

Survival analysis in patients hospitalized with influenza (H1N1)

This is a descriptive, epidemiological, epidemiological study of the ecological type of a time series, with a quantitative approach, aiming to identify the relationship between social and demographic characteristics in the survival of patients hospitalized for influenza in Paraíba. The research was performed by the method of survival analysis and counted with 2,846 records collected from January to June 2016. Of these patients, 192 (6.7%) died.

Cervical spine pain and its association with shoulder joint problems

This study was conducted on 200 patients divided into 2 main groups. One group, consisting of 100 patients with neck pain, were kept as patient group and another group, consisting of 100 patients with low back pain but without neck pain, were kept as a control group. The aim of the study was to investigate the association between cervical spine pain and shoulder joint problems. A musculoskeletal history and examination form was done to both the first and second group concerning the cervical spine and shoulder.

An integrative review of physiotherapeutic approaches for the treatment of dyspareunia in post-gynecological cancer patients

Introduction: Dyspareunia is the most common sexual complaint among women after gynecological cancer treatment. The modalities commonly used for the treatment of gynecological cancer are radiotherapy, surgery and chemotherapy. The main dysfunctions experienced after the cancer treatment are dryness, decreased sexual desire, dyspareunia and vaginal stenosis, which may be associated with loss of clitoral and vaginal sensations during intercourse with penetration.

Acute effect of non-invasive electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve upon blood pressure and heart rate variability in hypertensive individuals

Introduction: The auricular neuromodulation (ANM) of the vagus nerve can be performed through the stimulation of the inferior and superior conchae area (tragus) and in the outer ear. Objective: The aim of study was to verify the effects of noninvasive auricular electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve on HRV and Blood Pressure (BP) in hypertensive individuals. Methodology: A cross-sectional study, sample 30 hypertensive subjects. The experimental group - 15 individuals, 58.4 years old. Control group - 15 individuals, 60 years old. The intervention takes 40 minutes for each subject.

Official communications discursive critical analysis: research of scientific productions

This work refers to a review of the Brazilian literature in electronic databases, whose main objective was to verify and analyze the productions on discursive critical analysis in official communications. Based on this principle, a bibliographic survey was carried out in the electronic databases of Scientific Electronic Library Online - Scielo. The research was based on the authors: Baktin (2003), Fairclough (2008), Queiroz (2009) among others. Initially, this article was guided by these descriptors: discursive critical analysis in official communications.
