Health care of transgender people in hormonal use: A integrative review of the literature

The objective of this study was to evaluate national and international scientific evidence on the health care of transgender people using sex hormones. This is an integrative review, accomplished from consultation with the Virtual Health Library and the Medline, Cinahl, BDENF, Cuiden and Lilacs Databases. The inclusion criteria for selection of the sample were: articles published in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and no limits were set regarding the year of publication. As exclusion criteria are theses, dissertations, monographs, editorials and review articles.

Indicators of green and social accounting in the sustainability policy in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil

Due to globalization, policies aimed at achieving development or sustainability have become a call to many countries in recent decades. A series of events has been taking place, demanding from the political scene important decisions. Pedagogical mediation in inclusive education: the computer laboratory in the municipality of senhor do Bonfim, Bahia, Brazil

This article aimed to analyze the teachers' practices regarding the mediation of teaching for students with specific needs in inclusive school computer laboratories in the region of Senhor do Bonfim-BA. With this goal, we seek to highlight the challenges or solutions that permeate the dynamics of teachers' classes that use computer technology in some classes. In order to increase the understanding of this context, the case study was chosen as the type of investigative method in the qualitative scope.

Economy induced resettlement: design proposal for new hampi

The paper offers a new spatial arrangement which guides the development of New Hampi, which presently accommodates the displaced people of Hampi. Being a world heritage site, Hampi has an overlap of many jurisdictions which becomes necessary to study in order to propose new planning strategies. While planning a new layout, it is necessary that the proposal compliments the economic loss and spatial arrangement of New Hampi planned by the government in 2008.

The objective of the present study was to analyze the perception about (in) security among the residents in Jurunas, one of the most violent neighborhoods in Belém do Pará. The research had a qualitative approach, using the semi-structured interview technique. For the treatment of the data, we opted for the Content Analysis, to analyze the speeches of the participants involved in the research.

Conventional technologies for the conservation of foods: literature review

The food suffer deterioration because mainly of its composition, packaging and storage. The main causes that provoke this deterioration arising from chemical action caused by oxidation, physical action that causes changes in texture, microbial caused by pathogenic microorganisms and enzyme caused by enzymes as polyphenol oxidases that cause darkening of the food.
