Transparent concrete as a green material for bulding construction

With the economic process and science-technology development, a lot of and a lot of large-scale engineering structures. Whereas the economicprocess may be a reasonably in depth growth: high input, high consumption and high pollution, for that the energy saving technology is low, particularly in developing countries. The brightness of indoor setting is entirely maintained by artificial lighting, that has consumed an oversized variety of resources.

Design of a circular fractal antenna for satellites applications

Communication systems demand satellite services due its global coverage and capacity to stand all-time communications. Since newer applications need high data rates, higher frequencies are often chosen while considering financial costs. In particular, recent papers show the usage for K and Ka bands. In order to fulfill these requirements, this work shows a modified circular patch antenna with fractal technology applied, which guarantees multiband operation and size reduction – an effect desired to satellite communication.

A numerical study for evolution of the real time for pure gauge theory in quantum mechanics (gluons without quarks) with group su (2)

In this paper, we take the effective Hamiltonian operator until the sixth degree [3] and we apply the perturbation theory (that depends on creation operator 〖D ̂^+〗_i^a and annihilation operatorD ̂_i^a) on remaining homogenous modes after quantization of the inhomogenous modes and we have concluded the time evolution for the average ensemble of global square operator (the color magnetic energy B ̂_i^a B ̂_i^a) analytically, and we calculated this time evolution with MATLAB software, we found that life glasma (gluons) of rank 10-29sec According to coupling constant values.

Application of a new approach in an analytical model to simulate the dispersion of a radioactive pollutant

The contribution of this work is focused on presenting a new approach to dispersion models of radioactive pollutants, that is, pollutants that undergo chemical reactions. The model uses the two-dimensional advection-diffusion-reaction equation to represent the dispersion of the pollutant in the Atmospheric Boundary Layer and to denote the chemical reaction that the pollutant suffers is included a source term in the advection-diffusion equation.

Social and environmental identity of the inhabitants of the island of fernando de noronha: assumptions for the implementation of an environmental education program

Based on resources from the Research and Development Program of the National Electricity Agency (ANEEL), the Pernambuco Energy Company (CELPE) is developing a research project to implement an innovative electrical energy storage system for the Fernando de Noronha. Through the project Multiobjective Optimization of Distributed Energy Resources aimed at Sustainability and Reliability in Isolated Micro grids including Energy Storage System with Batteries, the Environmental Education Program is being implemented in the region.

Nursing records and the quality of patient care: evaluation by methods triangulation

From the nursing notes on the patient's chart it is possible to identify how the care to the user is performed. Therefore, it is essential that the nursing record be readable, organized, chronological, concise, signed and stamped. Recognizing that nursing annotation is an essential tool in comprehensive patient care, this manuscript aimed to perform a bibliographic review to list the main theoretical and practical contributions on nursing records and the quality of care adopted in the therapies of nurses and technicians of nursing.

Segmental stabilization and aussie current in women with nonspecific chronic lower back pain

Introduction: Lower back pain impacts almost 80% of the population. A lower back’s is taken as non-specific when there is not a closed clinical diagnosis. This paper compared the outcomes with the segmental stabilization and the Aussie current’s usage in an isolated and joint form for the treatment of lower back pain. Materials and Methods: This is an analytical clynical trial, with a control group which was a subproject of the research named "Physiotherapeutic performance in orthopedic and sports dysfunctions" endorsed by the opinion of number 2,418,872.

Sexual behavior of undergraduate students from a college in southwest of Bahia concerning the use of condom

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) have been a major concern in all age groups, especially in adolescents and adults, due to their sexual behavior towards the use of condoms and the increase of contamination. STIs are a public health problem and the unprotected sex act is the main way of transmission. Therefore, the objective of this study was to analyze the perception of the students of a college in the Southwest of Bahia, regarding the use of condoms and their importance.

The nurse and violence against the elderly

Objective: To describe the nurses' attitude regarding the violence suffered by the elderly, evidenced in the Brazilian and Portuguese scientific literature, from 2007 to 2018. Method: It is an exploratory study with qualitative approach of the type Integrative Review of Literature. The sample consisted of 14 articles, 13 Brazilian and one Portuguese. Results: The results showed that nurses are the health professionals who most identify violence against the elderly, either through nursing consultation or the arrival of the elderly in emergency services.
