Objective: To carry out an integrative review on the use of medicinal plants used by women in gynecological care. Method: Integrative review, in which the central question for its implementation was: what medicinal plants do women use to care for gynecological diseases? For the selection of the sample studies, national and international databases were used: SCOPUS, Web of Science, CINAHL, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online and COCHRANE. The descriptors (DeCS / MeSH) were used: Medicinal plants. Women's health.

Archeobotany is a division of archeology that is dedicated to the study of the relationship between past human communities and plants. The objective of this article is to identify the macrobotanical remains and the potential of use of plants found in the excavation levels of the archaeological site Caixa D'água cave, located in Caetité, Bahia, Brazil. The methodology of this research consisted in the identification of fruits and seeds by means of the comparison of botanical types in collections of seeds, herbaria and specialized bibliography.

Drug-resistant bacteria is spreading globally and threatening to human health. However, the number of novel antibiotics is decreasing gradually. Therefore, the strategies and studies for the discovery of novel antibiotics are essential to develop. Microorganisms associated with sponges are highly diverse and are one of the rich sources of bioactive compounds with different bioactive activity.

The effect of different solid media, temperature and pH was observed on Trichoderma species. The Trichoderma asperellum show an excellent growth at 25 -35 ˚C. The radial growth of Trichoderma asperellum was evaluated different culture media, potato dextrose agar, sorghum meal agar, cazpeak dextrose agar, corn meal agar and starch agar. The Trichoderma asperellum show maximum radial growth in potato dextrose agar and minimum radial growth in starch agar. The most favourable pH 6 -7 ranges was found in which total dry weight of mycelium also varies between 1.21-1.18g.

The increase in life expectancy allows women to live longer, with the deleterious effects of gonadal deficiency, such as the accumulation of abdominal fat; and the new habits of modern society are dedicated to eating foods rich in fats and carbohydrates, which contribute to overweight and obesity.The objective of this study was to evaluate intra-abdominal fat tissue and pancreas in ovariectomized rats. Wistar rats, 90 days-old, after evaluation by vaginal cytology were ovariectomized.

The most important thing that a woman needs in order to be successful entrepreneur is to become empowered. Success of an enterprise depends on the managerial role played by women. Proper decision making not only results in increased production but also income level. Thus, the present study was done to analysis the problem of women through SWOT analysis. A list of organized women entrepreneurs was obtained from District Industrial Centre (DIC). Thirty women entrepreneurs were selected on the basis of purposeful random sampling.

Shea butter is a product made in Africa by using differents methods depending to the region. The aim of this work was to assess the differents methods used to make shea butter in Korhogo in order to make the best recommendations which could improve it quality. For this purpose, asurvey was conducted on the manner of making shea butter inside Korhogo region. Our investigations led us to believe that making shea butteris exclusively women work. The methods used to prepare the shea butter is traditional with the the utilization of some mechanical tools.

The aims are to identify the main proposals by Brazil’s 2018 presidential candidates on issues related to creative economy in their government plans and programs andexamine the similarities and differences in the treatment of these issues in the documents. The central argument points out that there has been little deepening and detailing of the proposals, which reveals that, for political parties, creative economy would not be the engine of national development.

Sustainability has demanded from organizations that do not compromise the survival of future generations. UN proposed the global pact to mobilize governments and organizations to protect environment and society. It is imperative that operation planning has to be extended upstream and downstream to be understood as a supply chain, and therefore their strategies must be aligned. This work investigated whether sustainability is present in the strategies of the organizations that are part of the supply chain of the Brazilian aeronautical industry.
