Fibrin Rich in Platelets and Leukocytes (L-PRF), is an autologous biomaterial, a second-generation blood product consisting of leukocytes, platelets and a dense three-dimensional network of fibrins that are simple and without biochemical manipulation of blood tissue used for healing. This study aims to describe the use of platelet and leukocyte-rich fibrin (L-PRF) in post-extraction alveoli through a literature review.

Group dynamic is the center of attention of organizations across the world. Employers nowadays are focusing on creating a collaborative culture among employees. This research brings to the forefront a unique analysis highlighting the important of groups, group dynamics and the main characteristics while conducting a negation role-play simulation. The nature of this study is qualitative conducted on graduate students majoring in business studies at the College of Business Administration at the American University of the Emirates in the United Arab Emirates.

O amianto é um mineral encontrado em abundância no meio ambiente no qual é utilizado na fabricação de vários produtos em todo o mundo. Este traz prejuízos irreparáveis a saúde humana, onde estudos comprovam sua potencialidade nociva e relações ao aparecimento de câncer, principalmente no sistema respiratório. O estudo objetivou avaliar a função pulmonar de uma população exposta ao amianto.

Road transport professionals may be exposed to inadequate conditions and long working hours, poor diet, accidents and sedentary lifestyle. These conditions often result in damage to their health and diminished quality of life. This study aimed to evaluate and identify quality of life levels of road transport workers in a municipality in South Brazil. This is an exploratory, descriptive and quantitative study carried out with 50 road transport workers who answered the QVS-80 questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for Social Science program version 17.0.

The contemporary university has a greater interaction with society, which leads to a greater focus on its third mission, the transfer of knowledge. In this way, in addition to their excellence in teaching and research, universities play an important role in generating knowledge in the form of innovative ideas. The most common bone disorder found by implant dentists is osteoporosis, which is a systemic skeletal disorder associated with aging, which is characterized by loss of bone mass, making bones fragile and more susceptible to fractures. The World Health Organisation has defined osteoporosis as a bone mineral density level greater than 2.5 standard deviations below the mean of young normal women. After 60 years of age, a third of the population have this disorder, it occurs twice as often in women than in men.

The permeability testing technology is an evaluating method of microstructure changes such as stress concentration and fatigue damage by measuring the change of permeability. In order to explore its ability to detect macroscopic crack defects, a testing platform for permeability was designed, and a physical model of permeability testing crack have been built. Then use the testing platform to detect 45# steel plate which contain artificial cracks from front-side and back-side of it, and the relationship between detection signal and the excitation voltage amplitude was studied.

In this study, it was attempted to capture the views of the students participating in distance-based technology-supported adult education training programs for new forms of education. Although similar types of education programs are not unknown to active or potential Greek educators, due to the conservative and non-evolving nature of vocational education in Greece, they do not receive the recognition they deserve to the point of the modern technological and globalized era imposes.

Third gender community in India is an important part of society. Even, law can’t deny their existence. We live in 21st century where human rights are assured and preserved for human beings except the third gender. Despite all constitutional guarantees, the Third gender is even denied to have their basic rights like Right to Dignity, Personal Liberty, Education, Freedom of expression etc. The present research paper deals with the problems, Third gender face in a developing country like India.

Team leadership is essential component employers seek in candidates. This study brings to the forefront a unique discovery showing the impact of team leadership on critical thinking while conducting negotiation role-play activities. The findings highlight the importance of team leadership and how it helps improving critical thinking skills.
