Population of BiH as a whole and its lower territorial units depends on the birth rate and migration balance. Suprapopulation (population growth) is present in a very small number of territorial units (villages and municipalities), while depopulation (decrease of population) has affected a large number of spatial units. During the recent times, industrialization, agrarian reform and urbanization led to the migration and depopulation of biological type in rural areas in the last 30 years.

The present paper aims to know the various dimensions of the Organisational Role stress and to determine sector based difference in stress level of employees. Nuclear family based Employees experience higher stress than joint family. Further an insight into ten distinct dimensions of Organizational Role Stress has put lime light on more potent stressors for the employees belonging to different groups. Practical implications and suggestions have also been served at appropriate places to counter stressors.

This study primarily aimed to examine the determinants of rural households’ vulnerability to poverty and to profile the households according to their level of vulnerability using Feasible Generalized Least Square (FGLS) and Logistic Regression analysis with the help of data collected from a sample of 500 households in two Woredas. The general poverty line of the study area was determined to be Birr 248 per month per adult equivalent and 29.8 percent of the population in the study areas were found to be poor.

Water resources of Mongolia are highly vulnerable to climatic conditions due to harsh climate with four distinct seasons, high annual temperature fluctuations, and low rainfall. Average annual temperature ranges between 8.5oC in the Gobi and -7.8oC in the high mountain region. Average annual precipitation is around 200-500 mm and total water resource is estimated at 599 km3.
