Succession is a major issue both in business organizations and church organizations.  This study cascades the study of succession planning to church organizations focusing on Pentecostal Churches in Zimbabwe.  Pentecostal Churches in Zimbabwe have been growing at a fast rate with many of them mushrooming at a high rate especially in city centres.  Most of the church founders of Pentecostal churches are still alive and active but what happens when they are gone? The question is a relevant question as this affects the sustainability of such churches.

Andhra Pradesh (AP) is one of the biggest states in India. A.P is 8.4% out of India’s total geographical area and 7.1% of population, ranking fourth in terms of geographical area and fifth in terms of population among the Indian states. This studies focus on the Review of Literature on 2013-2015. It explains the Growth of work force and occupation structure from 1983-84 to 2011-2015. The sample consist of 600 students of 8th, 9th and 10th class selected from the co-educational English medium schools of Kolkata. Out of which 300 were boys and 300 were girls. The sample was collected by using multistage random sampling technique. Dr. Meenakshi (2004) developed the socio-economic status scale (SESS) was used to study the socio-demographic characteristics of respondents. Emotional intelligence of the respondents was assessed by using Mangal emotional intelligence inventory (MEII) developed by S.K. Mangal and Shubhra Mangal (2009).

Purpose: While numerous pediatric therapy decisions are made by parents, minimal research has been conducted on parents’ perspectives regarding their experiences during high intensity interventions of neuro-developmental treatment (NDT). The purposes of this study were to: 1. investigate the perceptions of parents of children with disabilities regarding their child’s participation in an intense pediatric therapy program (NDT); and 2. Examine if differences occur in functional skills of children with motor disability after an intensive NDT program.
