Objetivo: Analisar o direito a saúde por meio do Recurso Extraordinário nº 666.094/DF. Métodos: Pesquisa de documental e de revisão bibliográfica. Resultados: A decisão do Supremo Tribunal Federal ignora a natureza dos direitos sociais cuja finalidade precípua é garantir a prestação de serviços sem a concepção mercadológica, e que, mesmo em situações de falha do ente público, o comportamento do Estado é para definição diversa do mercado.

Manufacturing via powder metallurgy has several advantages such as high composition control, excellent dimensional accuracy, and good surface finish, among others, enabling the processing of different materials, including aluminum alloys, with wide application in diverse sectors of production. The present work aims to analyze the processing of an AA3003 aluminum alloy by the high energy ball milling technique (HEBM) under different production conditions. The particle size distribution of elementary and processed particulate was evaluated by laser diffraction.

A colelitíase fetal é um achado raro na ultrassonografia obstétrica com taxa média de incidência de 0,07 a 1,15%. Apresenta-se como uma descoberta incidental durante a realização de ultrassonografia obstétrica de terceiro trimestre, deve ser realizado o diagnóstico diferencial de massas ou calcificações hepáticas e peritonite meconial. Sua etiologia, história natural e significado clínico ainda não estão bem esclarecidos e na maioria dos casos tem resolução espontânea e excelente prognóstico, resolvendo-se após o parto, sem maiores repercussões para a criança.

The COVID-19 associated acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a major cause of acute respiratory failure. O Covid-19 disseminou-se pelo mundo tornando-se uma emergência global de saúde pública e a mais marcante pandemia da atualidade.Surgiram novos desafios devido ao isolamento social, como o medo de contaminação e transmissão, o que afetou os serviços de acompanhamento de saúde da população de pacientes com câncer. O presente estudo foi do tipo descritivo-quantitativo, onde fontes primárias foram utilizadas para a obtenção dos dados. Um formulário impresso foi utilizado para coleta de dados, com a maioria das questões de múltiplas escolhas e uma questão subjetiva.
