Introduction: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease originated by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which attacks the lungs and can cause death. Objective: To delineate an epidemiological profile among the age group of patients diagnosed with tuberculosis, investigate, and identify the magnitude of cases of the disease and its consequences in the municipality of Aracati-CE. Methodology: Ecological, descriptive, and quantitative research that sought to understand factors associated with high reported tuberculosis rates.

Objective: O presente artigo buscou avaliar a possibilidade das mídias audiovisuais, particularmente o Cinema e os filmes, serem maneiras de agenciamentos críticos e políticos no mundo contemporâneo.

Liver transplantation has been the most suitable choice for the treatment of end-stage liver disease. And it is in the postoperative period of liver tx that the monitoring of respiratory complications guarantees survival after this procedure. The objective of this study is to evaluate the role of physical therapy in the immediate postoperative period of liver transplantation.

Introduction: Depression is considered a mental health problem. It is a pathology with multifactorial causes whose symptoms are considered complex. Objective: To investigate, through a literature review, the effects of physical therapy modalities on the quality of life of depressive patients. Methodology: This was a literature review with a qualitative approach carried out in January/2019. The selected material corresponds to articles available in the SCIELO – BR, PubMed, PEDro and Cochrane databases.

This article goes through the theme of the work environment and the risks to the worker's mental health, having as a research problem the following question: what are the implications that the unbalanced work environment causes on the employee's psychic health? In order to continue the investigation, the scientific books/articles from Maranhão (2016) and Baruki (2015) were used as theoretical references. This is a qualitative research, using the deductive method.

Na presente pesquisa realizou-se um estudo histórico sobre a origem do Qwan Ki Do no Brasil com foco na chegada desta arte marcial no estado do Amapá. O objetivo foi investigar a origem e introdução do método Qwan Ki Do no Brasil e no Amapá, descrever os aspectos que identificam a modalidade e relacionar os estados que possuem representantes na atualidade. Realizou-se uma pesquisa histórica de caráter qualitativo e de cunho exploratório e descritivo com os principais responsáveis pela inserção da modalidade no Brasil.

Estudos sobre gestão por competências no poder judiciário brasileiro considerando a ambidestria organizacional e sua contemporaneidade tem gerado evidências teóricas e empíricas, especialmente quanto a prestação dos serviços públicos. Nesta perspectiva, esta pesquisa visou analisar como a gestão por competências no setor público tem sua fundamentação e sua regulamentação no Brasil diante dos aspectos da ambidestria organizacional.

Introduction: Obstetric urgencies and emergencies comprise situations that occur during the gravitational period and that threaten the maternal-fetal binomial due to some problem, requiring an immediate response from the entire health team that will attend to the obstetric emergency. This study aims to identify in Brazilian publications what nursing care is in the face of obstetric urgencies and emergencies related to placental abruption through the integrative literature review method. Methods: Nine scientific articles published between 2018 and 2022 were analyzed.

Introduction: The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of the use of anastrozole (ANZ) in monotherapy or associated with growth hormone (GH) in the predicted of final height (PFH) and near-final height (NFH) of male adolescents with PEF below target familiar height (TH). Methods: This is a retrospective cohort. Data were obtained from medical records in a pediatric endocrinology service. Results: 75 patients between 11 and 14 years old participated in this cohort. Treatment with ANZ occurred for 1 year in 38.7%, 2 years in 40.0%, and 3 years in 21.3%.

A relação trabalhista possui como uma de suas principais características a existência da subordinação por parte do empregado com relação ao seu empregador. Caso o empregador venha a cometer condutas abusivas ilícitas com relação ao seu empregado poderá ser caracterizado o assédio moral, e o empregado será indenizado pelos danos sofridos pelo seu patrimônio moral. Ocorre que algumas pessoas encontram-se em posição de maior vulnerabilidade com relação a outros empregados, apesar de todos serem considerados hipossuficientes.
