Despite clinical recommendations, oral nutritional support is not included in the Explicit Health Guarantees package. Objective: To evaluate the projected cost-effectiveness of incorporating oral nutritional support as part of the Explicit Health Guarantees package for patients with End-stage renal disease on hemodialysis in Chile.

Genetic Variability and Molecular Markers related to Broomrape Susceptibility in Chickpea

Chickpea is an important crop legume grown worldwide. There is an increasing concern on narrowing of genetic base in chickpea. Ionizing radiations as gamma rays is one of many tools used for increasing genetic variability. This study aimed to increase genetic variationsin chickpea kabuli genotype to be improvement. Dry seeds were subjected to gamma irradiation at the doses of 0, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 and 800 radius. M1 plants were harvested separately and sown in the next season to produce M2 plants in a row progenies.

Digital Competencies of Teachers in the Covid-19 Pandemic Lockdown in Spain

It is clear that digital technologies are part of our daily lives. However, the situation of strict lockdown due to COVID 19 in Spain (March-June 2020) meant that technologies were the backbone of social, professional and educational relations. In the latter case, the pandemic forced the turn from face-to-face teaching to emergency remote teaching. In this context, the digital knowledge of the teaching staff was key to respond to this supervening situation. The literature prior to this juncture highlighted the existence of differences in digital competence among education professionals.
