Methodology for optimizing the stock control of an electronic segment company

Inventory control management is considered a fundamental tool for the management of a company, since it allows processes to be managed efficiently. With less resources and more savings. This study aims to: identify and model the inventory control processes that already exist in the company, analyze the inventory that already exists in the company, describe the methodology for inventory control and propose actions of the methodology that allow corrections of inventory activities already identified.

Comparative study of fractal images, obtained from regions of maxilla native bone and micro ct of sinus grafts

Objectives: To evaluate and compare the structure of bone organization of sinus grafts in the repair period of 180 days by means of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) of fractalimages and specimens evaluated by Micro CT. Materials and Methods: A prospective, randomized clinical study was conducted on a sample of 20 patients with 40 maxillary. After this period, a specimen from each graft (Osteogen® + L-PRF and Osteogen®) was obtained at the time of implant placement for analysis of the Micro CT, and fractal analysisof the images of the Micro CT and the CBCTs.

Práticas de educação em saúde na atenção primária como ferramenta de prevenção da doença renal crônica

Objective: to compare the knowledge about the RDC of hypertensive and diabetic users of primary health care before and after educational actions through questionnaire. Method: a descriptive, randomized study, with pre- and post-intervention evaluation. Held in nine basic health units in the urban area of a municipality of Pernambuco, with the participation of 76 patients of both genders. Results: Most participants were women and the elderly between 60 and 69 years of age with low income and education.

Healthy aging: body practices in health education in the university extension

This study is part of the research line Methodology for Teaching Body Practices, of the Physical Education course at the University of Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI). It was organized based on the university extension proposal, from the Healthy Aging project, aimed at elderly people participating in a group of body practices at a Basic Health Unit (UBS), in a municipality in Santa Catarina, SC. Objective proposes to understand the diversity of body practices for health education for the elderly.

Techno-economic assessment of a grid-connected photovoltaic system installed at unioeste (western paraná state university), cascavel - pr campus

This article aimed to carry out the techno-economic assessment of a grid-connected photovoltaic system at Western Paraná State University - UNIOESTE, Cascavel - PR campus. The system was built in order to meet the electricity demand of the Alternative Energy Systems Analysis Centre (CASA Project) and consists of ten photovoltaic modules with 330 Wp each (two strings with five modules in series), and a 4 kWp voltage inverter.

Opportunity costs of a spare parts storage – a case study in a crushing soy industry

The amount of money used to purchase spare parts that are kept in storage may represent a substantial opportunity cost, therefore it could be allocated in process improvements, resulting in better efficiency and bigger profits. Then, this article, besides presenting a literature review about spare parts storage accounting, it shows that the opportunity cost might represent up to 40% of the value of the spare part.

Research on simulation design of wire rope detection sensor based on permanent magnet excitation

Permanent magnet excitation is the current mainstream excitation method for wire rope defect detection.Use Maxwell finite element simulation software to simulate the structure of the yoke in the permanent magnet excitation mode, and construct the optimal excitation structure through the analysis of the simulation data; The relationship between the placement height of the magnetic sensor and the change of the leakage magnetic field under the excitation structure is analyzed; The changes of leakage magnetic field under different defect lengths and different defect depths are studied; The chan

Salt stress effects in the physiological quality of Cajanus cajan (L.) millspaugh seeds at different temperatures

Cajanus cajan (L.) Millspaugh, known as pigeon pea, is considered a rustic legume, high-temperature tolerant, well adapted to environments with low water availability, saline, and low fertility soils. This study aimed to evaluate the germination and vigor of Cajanus cajan seeds under conditions of salt stress and different temperatures. A completely randomized experimental design was used, with treatments distributed in a 6 x 3 factorial scheme (salinity levels and temperatures), with four replications of 50 seeds.
