A Reforma Psiquiátrica e a Luta Antimanicomial no Brasil são um entrelaçado complexo de movimentos sociais e lutas pela garantia dos direitos das pessoas que se encontravam em hospitais psiquiátricos, tendo o seu começo com a Reforma Sanitária, na qual se foi proposto que houvesse uma maior atenção quanto às práticas em saúde, defendendo a atuação dos trabalhadores e usuários dos serviços de saúde na construção dessas atividades.

Safety maturity model in the use of agricultural defensives

The growth in world food production consequently generates a greater demand for agricultural defensives. If, on one hand, the use of them provides an increase in agricultural productivity and a decrease in losses, on the other, their improper use can generate environmental impacts with risks to human health, especially if safety requirements are inadequate. Thus, this article proposes a safety maturity model in the use of agricultural defensives.

Sobre a capacidade diagnóstica do professor de educação infantil

O objetivo do estudo foi conhecer a capacidade diagnóstica do professor de educação infantil, para detectar peculiaridades da criança. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa quanti-qualitativa realizada com 30 professores de um município de São Paulo. Para a coleta dos dados, foi elaborado um instrumental constituído por questionário e entrevista. A técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo apoiou a análise dos dados.

Identification of attributes for evaluating the content of e-government websites: a systematic literature review

In the last twenty years, e-government has become a strong complement to traditional public services. This study involved a systematic literature review to select studies enabling the identification of the attributes used to evaluate how content is delivered to users. The search strategy was limited to four databases to cover e-government multidisciplinary areas. The sources of information used were books, book chapters, conference papers, and articles in peer-reviewed journals, written in English or Portuguese, and which subjects included e-government research, published since 2000.

O objetivo é averiguar as condições de conservação das vacinas nas salas de vacinas das Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS). Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, exploratória, quantitativa. Teve como cenário as salas de vacinação das UBSs do município de Teresina - Piauí, participaram do estudo 30 técnicos de enfermagem e 10 enfermeiros, a coleta de dados aconteceu em outubro e novembro de 2019. Houve uma predominância do sexo Feminino, (34) 85%; idade entre 30 e 40 anos (18) 45%; parda/branca (25) 65%; técnicos de enfermagem (30) 75% e com tempo de trabalho até 10 anos (22) 55%.

Effects of task-specific rehabilitation on functions of the upper extremity in chronic stroke

Background and Purpose: Post stroke, many individuals have severely limited functional movement control due to chronic unilateral motor dysfunction in upper extremity. Study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Task-specific rehabilitation on upper extremity function. For this, BilateralMovement Training (BMT) was given to see its effects on upper extremity functions with a chronic stroke of more than 6 months and less than 2 years earlier.

Evaluation of cardiovascular risk in renal transplant recipients: clinical importance according to the framingham score

Introduction: Chronic kidney disease belongs to chronic non-communicable diseases. It is understood as a clinical syndrome characterized by a significant reduction in excretory, endocrine and metabolic renal functions. Cardiovascular disease is responsible for a large part of the mortality and comorbidity present in patients with kidney transplantation. Objectives: To identify the profile of renal transplant recipients and estimate the risk of future cardiovascular events.

Gene editing by crispr/cas9 for treatment of huntington disease

Huntington's disease (HD) is an autosomal dominant full-penetrating neurodegenerative disorder and mutant gene is located in the short arm of chromosome 4, which encodes huntingtin protein and leads to degeneration of the basal ganglia in the brain, causing motor disorders and eventually communication. Patient`s DNA whit HD shows different number of cytosine-adenine-guanine trinucleotide (CAG) repeats, which indicates whether or not the person has the genetic defect of the disease.

Giant basal cell carcinoma: case reports

Background: Basal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor and has an increased incidence in recent decades. The giant size is defined as a lesion larger than 5 cm in the largest diameter that commonly occurs in the trunk. Currently, decreasing in locations that have specialized services that are easier for the population to access. Case 1: A 54-year-old man, painter, showed an exulcerated plaque, with a friable surface and hypertrophic infiltrated margins of 12 cm in the largest diameter, located in the chest for 5 years.

Postharvest storage of Italian tomatoes using bacillus subtilisand salicylic acid

Tomato (Solanum lycoperscium) is one of the main vegetable crops and commonly grown around the world. The growing concern with food and environmental issues, as well as the rise of technologies with less environmental impact, makes it necessary to use bio-safe technological alternatives. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the application of Bacillus subtilis and Salicylic Acid in tomato post-harvest and their influence on the physical-chemical parameters of tomato fruits under cold storage.
