Free-space optical communication (FSO) is a technology which use optical signals to transmit data wirelessly, providing a viable alternative to conventional wired systems. The Free Space Optical (FSO) communication system has emerged as an attractive option due to its large license free bandwidth, high security and low cost It is one of the very promising technologies for wireless communication. However, the sensitivity to weather conditions is one of the major disadvantage of FSO systems.

Purpose: This study aims to systematically review recent innovations in medical workforce practices and their impact on patient satisfaction. As healthcare systems strive to improve patient-centered care, understanding the role of medical workers in delivering effective strategies becomes essential. The development and implementation of data-based reform and strategy within law enforcement agencies can be useful in improving policing efficacy and renewing public trust in law enforcement, however such reforms can be a catalyst for internal discord within agencies and cause of various organizational morale problems if implemented without input and support from staff. This critical analysis of the literature on the implementation of data-based reforms and strategies is intended to illuminate the challenges of such implementation and forecast possible solutions.

A pre-experimental study was conducted to evaluate effectiveness foot reflexology among cancer patients in selected hospital of Gandhinagar. The general system model was used as a conceptual framework. A pre-experimental study design was used to achieve the objectives of the study. This study consisted of 50 samples from selected hospitals of Gandhinagar. The purposive non-probability sampling technique was used to collect the sample in the study the mean was 5.26, and standard deviation was 2.266 level of significance was 0.05.

This paper examines the complex interactions between social media engagement (SME), customer purchase behavior (CPB), product promotion (PPR), and business marketing sustainability (BMS). It specifically explores the direct influence of SME on BMS, CPB, and PPR. Additionally, the research evaluates the direct effects of CPB and PPR on BMS and investigates the mediating roles of CPB and PPR in the relationship between SME and BMS.Additionally, the study employed stratified sampling method to gather 460 responses from e-commerce business platforms in Indonesia.
