Golden ratio applied in the orientation of solar cells in a golden spiral solar panel

One of the most recurring sequences in nature is the Fibonacci sequence. As the sequence was explored, it was found out that this sequence led to the golden ratio. This study tried to apply the concept of Fibonacci and Golden Ratio to maximize efficiency of solar panels and thus, providing solutions to one of the world’s most serious problems, the lack of energy source. It aimed to design a golden spiral solar panel; and measure and compare the voltage and current produced, and the power generated by both flat-oriented solar panel and the golden spiral solar panel.

A study on features of servant leadership

What is Servant leadership? This term, created from the fusion of the two words servant and leader, at first glance, does not seem to match each other but is used as the true leader of our age. The study is based on initial conceptions for a thesis and has, as a modal point, the widening of the understanding of how women, in the socio-professional context, become entrepreneurial, and in what way they launch themselves as protagonists in this process. Political-legal regulations in amu-darya region at the end of the xix and at the beginning of the xx centuries

The article deals with the political-legal regulations and initia stage of formation of Russian judicial system in Amu- Darya region at the end of the XIX and at the beginning of the XX centuries. The organization process of Russian judicial system is basically studied in the article. People’s Court worked in the region as well. Sometimes judges served as notary. Courts were formed after Temporary regulations about ruling over Amu-Darya region and Regulations about ruling over Turkestan territory had been adopted.

Psychology at CRAS: an interdisciplinary practice

The present work aimed to reflect on the experience of a psychology student in a Social Assistance Reference Center, in order to identify the participation of the psychologist in the CRAS interface. In addition to the bibliographic review, an observation visit and documentary analysis were performed as study methodology. From the results found, it was noted that the theoretical references show the importance of the interface between psychology and social service. However, the reality found shows that there is a gap between theory and everyday practice.

Hands-on’: An active experience in manufacturing parasitized neuroanatomical models as a teaching and learning tool

The present study analyses the students' perception from constructing their own learning tools. The study is qualitative, performed through experience report. The methodology of problematization followed the levels proposed in the Marguerez arch. The content analysis of the report was based on a guiding question. This enabled us to establish three empirical categories: knowledge of the neuroanatomy-parasitology relationship; alternative methods of learning, and modeling.

Crime of rape of vulnerable: an analysis of police reports and investigations

The present study has as objective to analyze police reports on crimes of rape of vulnerable, registered at police stations in the city of Belém – PA (Brazil), in order to evaluate the flux of conversion of police reports into investigations and the conversion of police investigations into court lawsuits, as well as identifying the demand of such crime.
