India is a democratic country. People are the masters; therefore masters have a right to know how the government meant to serve them are functioning. Thus, freedom of information is directly related to this connotation of democracy. RTI is an institutional reality of freedom of information which has been taken by the Indian Parliament. RTI ACT 2005 is a significant landmark that gives Indians access to government records. This legislation is a radical improvement on the relatively weak and ineffective statute which seeks to replace the Freedom of Information Act, 2002.

Participation in differ rent sports activities plays a significant role in the enrichment of a student’s social life and the development of social interaction skills. This study aimed to evaluate the Jose Rizal Memorial State University-Katipunan Campus students’ involvement in sports activities. It utilized the descriptive method that used 318 students participating sports activities.

For a long time, intimate partner violence was considered strictly of private nature, belonging to a household environment. However, this theme is gradually gaining notoriety in society and becoming more and more a matter of public and current importance. Marital violence translates the violence strictly based on the gender perspective, supported by the patriarchal and dichotomous differences that exists between men and women.

Contextualization: Physiotherapy is considered a recent profession in the field of health and in the national field. In this almost a century of existence in Brazil, passed and goes through historical and curricular transformations showing the change of vision with the profession. The work within the Intensive Care Unit is one of the youngest sectors within the profession, often not being accompanied by Higher Education Institutions.

The paper aims to explore a comprehensive understanding and grab the concept about transition of second accord of Basel norms to the subsequent regulation i.e. Basel III and to study whether the effects are favorable or adverse for banks to comply with Basel-III norms effectively. The major concern for the banking sector of Bangladesh is that implementation of Basel III will cause banks to raise capital appreciably and thus strengthen their existing capital formation.

The present article analyzed the cumaru almond (Dipteryxodorada) in the municipality of Alenquer-Pará. The primary information was obtained at Vila Camburão, by means of interviews with agents involved in commercialization and extraction. The secondary information was obtained through the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), as well as other sites focused on agribusiness and rural commerce. The information collected shows the great productive potential that the municipality presents faced the national scenario.

This study aimed to understand the process of implementation of strategies in three Institutions of Higher Education in light of the Strategy as Social Practice. The theoretical approach adopted was the Practical Strategy - EPS - articulated with the discursive practices. EPS seeks to understand the process of formulating and implementing strategies, based on the activities carried out by practitioners in their daily lives, as well as, through culture, processes and the integration of their actors.

Equality, its conceptualization and applicability, still pervade some discussions. Australian philosopher Peter Singer discussed equality and its implications, grounding his perspective on the principle of equal consideration of interests. Based on the proposal presented by this author, the present article aims to reflect on the principle of equality according to Peter Singer and to consider an articulation with the principles of the Brazilian health system.

This study aims at identifying the indicators of psychosocial well-being of the women living in the precarious districts of Abidjan to make more effective development projects towards them. To this end, an investigation was led in precarious districts of six (06) municipalities of the city of Abidjan: Abobo, Cocody, Koumassi, Yopougon, Marcory, Port-Bouet. 682 women and girls were questioned by means of a questionnaire. They were also subdued in the test of self-respect of Rosenberg (1985).
