Many term and preterm newborns with clinical signs of sepsis, whose mothers had premature rupture of membranes (PROM), have negative blood cultures, but in molecular biology research the presence of genomic DNA from different congenital bacteria has been observed. Thus, the association of molecular examination with rtPCR with different bacterial primers may help us in a more objective treatment. The samples 101 newborns with PROM were analyzed by rtPCR with primers for bacteria Streptococcus agalactie, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.

High rate of varicose vein are seen as occupational hazards among weavers. Long standing is one of the important occupational problems among weavers. Design: cross sectional descriptive design. Methods: Purposive sampling method was used. A total of 30 weavers participated in the study. Venous clinical severity score assessment was used to assess the prevalence of varicose vein.
