Relato de caso: Síndrome da banda amniótica em paciente abordado pelo serviço de cirurgia plástica do hospital regional da asa norte

A síndrome das bandas amnióticas é uma anomalia rara, congênita, com várias manifestações desfigurantes e incapacitantes podendo levar até ao aborto espontâneo. Geralmente atinge as extremidades distais de membros, levando a alterações linfáticas, vasculares e de contorno. Em nosso serviço acompanhamos um paciente com múltiplas bridas amnióticas, sendo estas em membros superiores e membro inferior esquerdo. Foi submetido a ressecção local aos 10 meses em tempo único, com múltiplas zetaplastias em plano total.

O cenário de má nutrição estabelecido com a transição nutricional nas últimas décadas, com enfoque especial no sobrepeso e obesidade, configura-se como um importante problema de saúde pública. O estudo objetiva avaliar o estado nutricional de pré-escolares e sua relação com o consumo alimentar. Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem quantitativa, do tipo corte transversal alinhado a um ensaio clínico randomizado por clusters, realizado com 167 pré-escolares e seus respectivos responsáveis.

Most Common types of HAIs includes Surgical Site infections (SSI), Urinary tract infections (UTI), Blood stream infections (BSI) and Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP). Adult inpatients in common specialties who developed hospital acquired infection (HAI) remained in hospital 2.5 times longer, incurred hospital costs almost three times higher. Present study aims to assess the prevalence and risk factors of health care associated infections in ICU.
