Background: Hypertensive disorders have become increasingly prevalent and complicate an increasing number of pregnancies. Hypertensive disorders are the most common medical complications of pregnancy.1 Hypertension affects 10% of all pregnancies and is accompanied by an increase in fetal and maternal morbidity and mortality. Objectives: 1) To study the prevalence of hypertension in pregnant women 2) To create awareness among pregnant women about prevention of hypertension during pregnancy.

Vitamin B12 is a crucial B vitamin. It is needed for nerve tissue health, brain function, and the production of red blood cells. Vitamin B12 deficiency is common, especially among the older population (1). The clinical manifestations and complications of vitamin B12 deficiency result from the effects of low vitamin B12 levels on the body systems, including: impaired cognition, depression, delusions, sensory loss, autonomic dysfunction, pancytopenia, macrocytosis, and cardiomyopathy. (2).

Objective: To describe the process of cross-cultural adaptation and evaluation of the sychometric properties of instruments for measuring quality of life. Methods: This is a systematic review, carried out independently by two researchers. Introduction: The number of subjects with 80 years old or over are increasing, In wide world . Objectives: To evaluate body composition and functional capacity of elderly people living São Paulo., Method: This was a cross-sectional study, that recruited 65 subjects older than 74.6 years, in São Paulo. All participants underwent bioimpedance and six-minute walk tests. Results: The mean age was 78.8 ± 4.4., BMI was 27.4 ± 5.6. Overall, 61.6% were women. No loss of lean mass in the studied population, but women had a lower percentage of lean mass when compared to the men.

Introduction: Our aim of this study was to investigate a new method of repairing intestinal injuries in the intra-abdominal inflammatory environment and compare it with simple hand suturing method. this method which include imaginative or telescopic bowel anastomoses previously jus used in urologic operations.
