Experimental model of the murine breast carcinoma (4t1 luc) and evaluation of the effect of acetone cyanidine in the remission of tumor

Studies involving the fight against cancer have provided several advances that provide the understanding of the development of tumors, mainly regarding the molecular processes that constitute the structure that allows or enables the progressive transformation of healthy cells into malignant ones.Examinations at the molecular level of tumor development in patients is not very common, since there is a need for biopsies at various stages of transformation.

Total absence of the small-bowel in a newborn with duodenal obstruction a case report and complete review of short bowel syndrome

Total absence of small bowel is very rare situation. It usually accompanied with vascular accident or abdominal wall defect. The following case is presented to discuss the optimal care and best operative technique could be had in this situation. Case: Two-day-old neonate, G/A of 36th weeks, whom was referred to our center because of bilious vomiting and double bubble sign in the X-rays. Patient with diagnosis of duodenal obstruction was resuscitated and was transferred to operating room for exploration. We found adhesion and a sac, which was containing two blind pouches.

Objective: Hemodynamic changes during intubation are extremely important especially in patients with a history of coronary artery disease and arrhythmia. Study Design: Randomized double-blind clinical trial. Methods: This clinical trial recruited 200 male patients undergoing elective orthopaedic surgery.

Epicardial cyst originating from right ventricle

We Cystic structures within the pericardial cavity are rare. They are divided into epicardial and pericardial variants. Pericardial and epicardial cysts rarely cause symptoms. Pericardial cysts occur at the rate of 1 person per 100,000.1Complete surgical excision is recommended when these cysts are detected. If cysts compress surrounding vital structures, cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) should also be considered.Epicardial cysts originating directly from the epicardium are seen very rarely.
