Data mining is the extraction of valuable knowledge from large data. Nowadays Data mining is done on Dynamic data rather than the traditional static data. The Data Mining techniques used today consider one main issue, the privacy of the critical and sensitive Data. There are various techniques involved in the privacy preservation of critical data. Data Perturbation is an important method to preserve privacy of data. Data perturbation is the data security technique that modifies the database to preserve the privacy and confidentiality. It is used for both data privacy and accuracy.

Goal of the research is creating a concept for otto cycle modification with changes valve mechanism system. Overall otto cycle modification concept is same four strokes engine standart. In diferent at last strokes (exhaust strokes), exhaust valve keep be opened (intake valve is not opened) then exhaust gas is entered again for be compressed and be burned again. At of the calculation and simulation result in this research activity with application otto cycle modification concept have to changes timing gear ratio (crankshaft : camshaft).

In this article, the author reveals the situation with personal services during the Soviet period in Uzbekistan, specifically in the example of hairdressing and bath services. During the Soviet period, the authorities took control of the institutions providing personal services and gradually eliminated all forms private entrepreneurship in this area, turning it into public institutions. As a result, during all the years of Soviet power, the quality of personal services provided to the population remained one of the lowest among the Soviet republics.

The study aims to contribute to the research literature by throwing light on the Organizational Commitment of teachers and Emotional Intelligence of the teachers; for the study descriptive method was applied. The study was conducted on IGNOU teachers teaching in Government and private senior secondary Schools of Arunachal Pradesh, affiliated to CBS board. Out of the total 89 secondary schools male teachers (46) and female teachers (43) were taken from the overall schools for the research work.

The present study aimed at investigating the Relationship between Teaching Aptitude and Teaching Interest among the 10+2 level Teachers of Upper Siang district in Arunachal Pradesh. Thereby, a sample a 50 teachers were selected randomly from the Hr. secondary schools. Researcher has used Normative Survey method of educational research. Kakkar, (Patiala) for the teaching interest in this study.
