Examining entrepreneurial traits of the school of physical education and sports students with respect to certain demographic variables: Case of Istanbul Gelişim University

The purpose of this study is to identify entrepreneurial intentions of students of the School of Physical Education and Sports, Istanbul Gelisim University, and determine whether entrepreneurial intentions of students vary based on some demographic variables. To this end, 200 students from the departments of Coaching, Sports Management, Recreation, and Exercise and Sports Science of the School of Physical Education and Sports, Istanbul Gelisim University participated in the study on a voluntary basis.

Land use and land cover change analysis, using gis and erdas tool a- review

The world has become a refined place, the discernment being the up-gradation of lifestyle and sophistication. This deviation has not only given hike to extensive development but also has to fulfil the ever-growing demands of humans. The open-ended course, therefore, results in unparalleled urbanization. Pinpointing and describing the civic flop in this sector over the past progress span is fundamental for any subsequent outlining by resolving strategy to enhance the handling of natural resources and entertain progress, during the time, diminish the blow on the environment.

Brazilian citizenship before the inter-american court of human rights

This scientific paper investigates the form of citizenship before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The importance of the research is to demonstrate another way of dealing with their rights when not supported by the Brazilian national law. In the first part we characterized the development momentum of human rights, a difference between the fundamental rights, as well as its incorporation into the Brazilian legal system. The second was treated of international and regional systems of human rights and accountability of the Brazilian State at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

The study on the spread and development of chinese wushu in asean countries

By field research, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this study on Philippine Wushu gymnasiums and schools reaches the following conclusions: Wushu gymnasiums and schools in the Philippines are small in scale, limited in number and only concentrated in the economically developed regions; Participation in Wushu competition and developing Wushu Duanwei system are effective management means for sustainable development of Chinese Wushu in the Philippines; the loose management, insufficient promotion and rare excellent coaches are the main obstacles t

Iot resources management: a comprehensive study supported by the top providers of things management

Internet of Things (IoT) became an essential tool nowadays in every practical or scientific field. IoT connects intelligently fixed or mobile devices, moving objects or even animals in one network. These devices may need physical resources or services over the cloud. IoT defined as a network that connects physical objects to interact with each other for to perform information sharing and to take an action. IoT offers services as well.

Some properties of fuzzy quasi ideals in ternary semigroups

D.H. Lehmer introduced the theory of ternary algebraic system in 1932 and iIn 1965, F.M. Sioson studied ideal theory in ternary semigroups. In this paper we proved some properties of fuzzy quasi ideals in ternary semigroups. It is prove that “A non-empty subset A of a ternary semigroup T is a quasi ideal in T if and only if the characteristic function CA of is a fuzzy quasi ideal in T ” .

Remediation uranium polluted soil by washing method

Global concern for environmental protection and reintroduction of radioactive contaminated soils in rehabilitating land circuit of decontamination program of polluted areas; is an important and perpetual task. For remediation of radioactive soils the following systems were used; a) water, b) HNO3, c) C6H7O8, d) NaOH, contact time 4 hours, temperature 80OC. Experimental investigations were performed on 5 soil samples which have been characterized in terms of activity concentration. It was established the remediation degree for each type of soil and reagent.

Probability distributions of wind speed historical data series in mossoró, northeastern Brazil

We studied seven probability distributions (Normal, Log-Normal, Beta, Gamma, Log-Pearson Type III, Gumbel, and Weibull) to verify their adjustment to historical data series of average monthly wind speed in the municipality of Mossoró, northeastern Brazil. To verify the goodness of fit of data to these models, we applied the Maximum Likelihood Logarithm and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Kuiper, Cramer-von Mises, Anderson-Darling, and Chi-squared tests at a significance level of 10%, totaling 504 tests. The Gumbel probability distribution provided the best fit for the data of monthly wind speed.

Dispersion and stabilization of ceramic powders in the presence of wood fibers treated with an anionic surfactant adjuvant: sodium laureth sulfate

Wood nanofibers from munwiserie waste have been used as a partial replacement of cement for cement paste at a content of up to 0.5% by weight of cement. The effect of the nanofibrillated cellulose content on the porosity, the compressive strength and the degree of hydration of the cement was investigated. Results have shown an improvement in the compressive strength by more than 40% with 4% of added fiber cellulose. The chemical modification of nanofibers wood by grafting of chains alkyls in their surfaces can reduce the quantity of water absorbed by the sample.

Commercial and technological feasibility study of using solar e-rickshaw for semi-urban areas

This research paper basically deals with improvement in the mode of transportation. Due to the extinction of non-renewable energy, we are focusing on making current transportation fuel free. The energy generation as well as utilization, both should be from renewable. Our objective in presenting this research paper is to improve and upgrade e-Rickshaw, which are currently in use, with solar PVs in semi-urban areas of India.
