The purpose of this article is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of China's Official Development Assistance (ODA) to the countries of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS). In this perspective, the article highlights the criticisms of Chinese ODA and the different approaches to it. It is clear from this article that the Central African countries would make the most of Chinese aid by improving their value chain and adopting reforms of their public policies.

The income of rural population in Suqian poverty-stricken area is far below the national average. In contrast, financial innovation model and poverty alleviation policy are important. In this context, the combination of financial innovation and the development of new preferential agricultural products and Poverty Alleviation Policies to adapt to local conditions is an effective means to improve farmers’ income.

This study focuses on the organization of the class and its role in the quality of school learning at the primary school of the city of Brazzaville.It aims to educate teachers about good practices in the classroom. This research shows the social representations of fishing within the populations of “AhéméLake”. This study aims the use of mobile hyperspectral remote sensing with an oblique view to evaluate and monitor water quality. The goal is to detect if a certain water is appropriate for physical contact. The parameter used in this water assessment is the concentration of chlorophyll-a, an important indicator of plankton biomass (viruses, bacteria, fungi and protozoa).
