Introduction: Health care environment is changing in the digitalized world which is challenging to the nurses who are the major task force in health care sector. Nurses need very high level of coordination to provide organized service which demand an adoptable leadership. Transformational leadership is a flexible leadership style which is found effective in health sector. At what extent Transformational leadership is applied in nursing, it’s challenges and strategy of overcoming such challenge is explored in a systematic review.

Globally, solid waste management (SWM) is a difficult problem, especially in developing countries that are fast becoming more urbanized. With a sharp rise in garbage production, India faces serious environmental and public health consequences as well as ineffective collection and treatment. A comprehensive case study of Ajmer, Rajasthan, is presented in this research, which looks at the city's current SWM practices, public attitudes, and systemic issues.

From the field research conducted in the study area, namely Eretria, the main investigative tool employed was not merely observation but primarily communication with Eretria’s residents, organized stakeholders, local government representatives, and museum staff. This interaction positively contributed to the presentation and subsequent evaluation of the current situation, aiding the creation of a sustainable development assessment framework based on Eretria’s cultural elements.

This qualitative study explores the effectiveness of Brain Gym exercises in enhancing cognitive, physical, and social skills in children with special needs within an inclusive school setting. Brain Gym consists of 26 movement-based activities designed to support coordination, attention, and learning readiness. The study follows five students aged 5–11, each with varying developmental challenges, over a 10-month intervention period. A case study methodology was used, employing daily observation, lesson planning, and tracking of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.

The present study focuses on the research output performance on nephrology in India from 1994 to 2023 (30 years), using the Web of Science (WoS) database. The study depicts nephrology with special reference to Indian researchers achieving unanticipated milestones through significant contributions to the discipline while enhancing their prominence across the global research community.

A derivação ventrículo-peritoneal é um procedimento terapêutico que visa reduzir a pressão intracraniana causada pela hidrocefalia ou outras etiologias. O presente estudo objetiva avaliar e descrever a realização da DVP em peças cadavéricas dissecadas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, exploratória e descritiva. A pesquisa foi realizada no Laboratório de Anatomia Humana da Faculdade de Medicina Nova Esperança (FAMENE), no município de João Pessoa, estado da Paraíba. A amostra foi constituída do cadáver do Laboratório supracitado.

This research studies about the lizes financial parameters to assess the performance of merged institutions before and after the merger. The study indicates that most work in this field has mitigated negative effects on businesses from mergers and acquisitions. It uses statistical methods like the independent t-test to examine the impact of mergers on bank performance. The findings suggest that mergers and acquisitions have positively affected banks, enhancing efficiency, profitability, and the distribution of profits to equity shareholders.

Today, through several international and national legal instruments the participation of persons with disabilities in the socio-economic and political development of their respective societies with limited impediments has become a fundamental human rights principle. Therefore, there cannot be any genuine justification for the relaxation of this human right especially when disasters strike. Unfortunately, in most nations, the policies and legislations thrust of disaster prevention, reduction, and management in many instances are framed towards abled-bodied persons.

With specialized staff, equipment, and facilities like emergency departments, they are equipped to respond to a wide range of urgent medical needs. Additionally, hospital emergency color codes serve as a crucial tool for ensuring swift and discreet communication during emergencies, helping to maintain order and protect both patients and visitors.
