The contribution of culture to the sustainable development of the historic city of eretria through a mathematical model: findings

From the field research conducted in the study area, namely Eretria, the main investigative tool employed was not merely observation but primarily communication with Eretria’s residents, organized stakeholders, local government representatives, and museum staff. This interaction positively contributed to the presentation and subsequent evaluation of the current situation, aiding the creation of a sustainable development assessment framework based on Eretria’s cultural elements.

The effectiveness of brain gym in improving cognitive, physical and social skills in children with special needs in an inclusive school: a qualitative study

This qualitative study explores the effectiveness of Brain Gym exercises in enhancing cognitive, physical, and social skills in children with special needs within an inclusive school setting. Brain Gym consists of 26 movement-based activities designed to support coordination, attention, and learning readiness. The study follows five students aged 5–11, each with varying developmental challenges, over a 10-month intervention period. A case study methodology was used, employing daily observation, lesson planning, and tracking of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.

A derivação ventrículo-peritoneal é um procedimento terapêutico que visa reduzir a pressão intracraniana causada pela hidrocefalia ou outras etiologias. O presente estudo objetiva avaliar e descrever a realização da DVP em peças cadavéricas dissecadas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, exploratória e descritiva. A pesquisa foi realizada no Laboratório de Anatomia Humana da Faculdade de Medicina Nova Esperança (FAMENE), no município de João Pessoa, estado da Paraíba. A amostra foi constituída do cadáver do Laboratório supracitado.

Study of mergers and acquisitions (m&a’s) in the Indian banking sectors

This research studies about the lizes financial parameters to assess the performance of merged institutions before and after the merger. The study indicates that most work in this field has mitigated negative effects on businesses from mergers and acquisitions. It uses statistical methods like the independent t-test to examine the impact of mergers on bank performance. The findings suggest that mergers and acquisitions have positively affected banks, enhancing efficiency, profitability, and the distribution of profits to equity shareholders.
